Another casino which has gone downhill. 2 weeks ago opened an account as they had a decent first deposit bonus offer. All fine until yesterday when I actually submitted a withdrawal. Within 10 mins of submitting it I get "the email". "We need to verify your identity blah blah blah" if you dont we will cancel your withdrawal request in 5 days. Logged back into the account and the withdrawal has already been cancelled a whole 7 mins after submitting it. The new caveat is that now they have invoked this verification nonsense(asking for 3 documents and pics of card and selfie!) which now means I cannot submit a withdrawal at all until this is complete....but can deposit as much as I like! Its laughable.

Sorry, but why are casinos still allowed to do this? The rules on verification are clear. There were also no requests for any info prior to this. Another casino happy to take money and not pay it out. About time all these kind of operators get named and shamed.

I agree it pisses me of to. I try an avoid signing up new places now just so i dont spend a week on live chats and sending emails just to get paid out. I wish they would all just make sure you were verified before they take your money. But hey thats wishful thinking :(

The rules are that you have to be in the UK on sign up. Not 2 weeks later when I click "withdraw". The fact they cancelled a withdrawal despite the email saying "Your withdrawal request will be cancelled in 5 days if the documents are not forthcoming" and it was cancelled in 7 mins is rogue behaviour.
