Cashin at Pink Lady Casino

I made a cashin at Pink Lady on Aril 26th which should have been credited back to my credit card and wasen't. I have written atleast 10 emails about this and received no answer to any of them. I have called and was told they would look into it and get back to me which they have not.

Have you tried escalating the complaint to casino management on their Support toll-frees?

I think this is in the Video Poker Classic group of casinos although I'm not totally sure. I think another is Ocean Park. They all opened quite recently.
