    Hi,

    I have a pending cashout from Diamond Deal for almost a month and from what their support tells me, they are having problems with their system and have a large back load to clear before they can process my withdrawal.

    I've made withdrawals from them before and usually it would take 1-2 weeks, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But since the withdrawal I'm making this time is quite large, I'm worried that they may just be stalling and slow paying me.

    I'm wondering if anyone here has made withdrawals from Diamond Deal recently and if so, were there any problems? I just want to make sure I'm not the only one experiencing these problems.

    Why do you go back to them to deposit if they take so long to process your withdrawels?? Go to another microgaming! Most send you the money within 24 hours as there should be no excuse for it!

    I haven't played there much recently as I'm still waiting for my withdrawals but I played there before because they had good offers. It's also a playtech.

    I can't speak for playtech, but I played at a well-known MG casino that was recommended here and had a pending cashout on November 4th(that was when i received the confirmation email that it had cleared) and did not receive it until Friday, Jan. 14th. In the interim, I received no email explaining why the delay, even though I sent them several emails asking for an answer.

    I decided to just be patient, give them the benefit of the doubt, knew I was a player in good standing(had not taken any bonus offer, no duplicate accounts, etc) and continued to just read the message boards here waiting to see if others were having the same problems. No one posted, I decided to keep my fingers and mouth quiet, and I did finally receive it.

    Sometimes patience pays off if you know you have not 'abused' any system, and if I had waited one month longer, then I would have become more vocal.

    good luck with this and I hope you get an answer soon.

    I cashed out at diamond deal around christmas time, recived my deposit in a week, and just yesterday recieved my winnings. They kept telling me the same thing, a backload of cashouts, and kept asserting that I would be paid but they did not know when.

    I also kept asking them about it in live chat every week, I don't know if that helped me recieve it any faster though. You'll probably get paid, it will just take a while.

    Unless the deposits and winnings were very substantial,I dont see why they didnt send everything to you within the first week and split it into 2 payments. Without jumping into conclusions,this does remind me of a similar casino in the past doing this because of cashflow problems.

    Well I've asked them several times now, and they keep telling me they trying to fix a problem in their system and there's a backload. I even asked them to give me a time frame but they say they can't.
    I even pointed out how I knew some people who have been paid already and made a withdrawal around the same time I did.
