Another question is do all CWC casinos apply? I am reading it as Club World but the banner says Club World Casino's.

I do know from using the promotion before, if all CWC casinos are involved you cannot combine deposits/

Actually I think a lot of my cashouts come from loyalty and chips. I think its the fact that because it has a max cashout no reason to play any longer which obviously forces me to cashout. Not such a bad thing, because if there was no max cashout I would probably just blowing it back.
