Cash rebate on lost bets??

First off I want to say hello to my fellow players, I'm new to the board and like it so far

I was wondering if anybody knows of any casino that gives a "rebate" on lost bets? For instance, if I deposit $100. and lost it, I would get 10% back so $10.. I know in vegas they do this for high rollers, is there anything like this online?

That it is. They spent $20 million I think. They don't take bettors from the USA, so I'm always eager to hear what players think of them. Especially if you are a Crown land patron as well, do they do a good job of using their online casino to make you feel valued as a customer? What could be improved?
