cash out times...

I'm really confused by all the recent posts about flushing and cashout times at GoWild.

I'm still on the lowest rung of the loyalty tiers, and whenever i've requested a withdrawal, I instantly email support@gowildcasino.com (think thats correct) and give my account number, amount requested for withdrawal, and ask if it can be flushed.

Within a couple of hours, they reply saying its flushed, and 4-6 hours later I get an email saying it's been processed.

If you don't email them, I guess it stays as reversible for 24 hours, but thats pretty common with casinos.

My only gripe is that it takes 4 days from when processed to hit my bank via debit card - but thats not their fault, its down to banking times ;)

They might have a policy (admirable if so) where they offer better service to regular players rather than just high-rollers. So the more you go back, the better things get, even if you don't spend a lot. It would make some sense, although personally I think flushing should be de-facto everywhere and for everyone once a player has been ID'ed if a casino wants to encourage loyalty.

footdr, is this a wire that you are waiting on by chance?

Grandbay courier that had to be reprocessed but just now I received tracking number and it is in u.s. finally. Rushmore, 2 reprocessed wires claimed to be processed again on 10/10/2011 but obviously not true as still not recieved and I have always received wires from Ireland the day after sent.

Tried to contact accounting at Rushmore 15 minutes ago, guess what! they aren't going to be in today. With their current backlog one would think they would be working overtime!

Can't believe anything Rushmore says and not only that Louise was here and now has gone AWOL again.

Last time I deposit with Rushmore they have owed me $5700.00 since 9/10/2011. This unacceptable given I receive wires from Slots Jungle within 3days following approval, and courier checks from INETBet within 3-4 days and ACH's from CW within 3-4 days following approval.

Rushmore has no excuse for their slow pay except for poor management.

Footdr, I have noticed that its not just on this forum but that whole rushmore/cherry red group has big trouble sending money via Wires to the USA. However, they pay very quickly to ewallets. If you get a chance to open an account with an ewallet that you trust in the future then I would recommend them. If you are relying on wires then the process is jut too lengthy and I would bet that it is not their intent to stall but they just have huge difficulties with USA wires. I am sure you will get paid eventually so don't give up on it.

Spin Palace paid my withdraw after 5 days i belive, is OK, but i dont like that withdraws take more than 2 days IMO...
The main reason i dont going to deposit there so much anymore is that i cant handle the 2 days pending and 48H payout, i hope they change this policy in future..

Inetbet paid my 1000dollar whitin 48Hours

3dice and 32red is the fastest and that how it should be to run a business. and most important thing is that you WILL get paid, so many times i have had this nerve to think if i get screwed on diffrent casinos but these two wil pay you...

what makes this two even great is that the verfication part is ridiculously easy and fast, 3dice dont even bother while 32red do this with online verification that takes no more than 5min front of you online  should i say more? lol

Just my 10c worth. Claimed the $5 free chip for new games from iNetBet. Met WR cashed out the max 50. Less than 2 hours later it was in my Neteller. And to reward them for paying so fast I gave it back to them. Ha!

LOL and the irony is that between you and the casino, the only party to make a profit was the cash processor :D

received two "ACH" not wires from Rushmore 10/18/2011 so those waiting since September should see their money soon. Yippe

They still owe me one more hopefully will get that next week.

That's iNetBets fault. It is REQUIRED to do this pointless cashout of $50 followed by redeposit in order to strip the max cashout restriction from it. By doing this, the player can actually win off the $50, which would not be possible by simply playing on.

The industry as a whole seems to insist that funds are withdrawn to end a promotional tie in, even though the player simply wants to play on past meeting any promotional terms. There have been numerous cases where casinos have punished players for NOT cashing out and redepositing by carrying things such as max cashout until the next withdrawal or busting out, however far past the WR the player has gone.

Yeah, they do the same with comp point redemptions. As soon as you redeem any comp points, you lose the ability to acquire any more until you zero out your account.

Doesn't make any logical sense, but hey, must be very profitable to be a payment processor for them.

Is there any WR on comps - if not, it would make sense to withdraw them, rather than play.

Withdrawal

it annoys me when casinos take so long to pay you winnings..

cashed out from one casino last saturday still not been paid yet..

wish all casinos were as fast as 32red.....

any suggestions on casinos that pay out quickly would be much appriciated...

Hello,-- I have a casino withdrawal am still waiting on, the longest one yet Ive waited on,2months now. It was approved on Aug.30,told me it was sent on Sept 15,why dont I have it? Why do they let these places stay online I dont know, theres got to be a way to get them off line.

I have always had very speedy payment from Seven Sultans Casino. I like their 24 hour reversal ability if required, and then the payout. Not so with Win Palace, which is sitting on my withdrawal from a week ago. I find that not so good. No need for taking so long imo.

Slotocash

I requested a withdrawal at 10.20 am today.
It hit my Neteller account at 10.45am today.
Class, pure class.:)

Betsafe

Never cashed out from Betsafe before. But one late night last week I was lucky to collect about 4000 EUR from a small deposit. A few minutes after requesting the withdrawal to Neteller, the withdrawal was denied and I got an email requesting an image of my mastercard and id card to verify my account, well I sent it back immediately and 5 minutes later I got a new email confirming that my account was ok and I could request a withdrawal again. So I did and the money landed in my Neteller account after just 10 minutes.

So verifying my account and processing the cashout was done in half an hour. Would be nice to see ALL casinos working like this.

A big thumb up for Betsafe!
