cash out rules

I am a little confused about the cash out rules. The casino I won at says they can pay me 5000.00 a month, now does that mean I cannot request the other 5000.00 they owe me until 30 days or just another month, okay I won 15,000 and asked for a check for 5000.00 because thats the max. they would send per month i cahed out at the middle of March, didn't recieve the check until the very end of March, deposited it, and now its april and the check is surposed to clear my bank tommorrow which is april 4, when can I ask for my next check? What are some of the rules on this topic from your acredited casinos? what are the normal rules of cashouts, I am a real newbie to all this, i read one place only sends 500.00 a month. what should a player be looking at when choosing a casino's rules on cash outs? does any casino pay out more than 5000.00 per month? whats the fine print a person should look for in the rules that explain the casino's payout system?
