Carnival/Usa refuse to pay $6000

    On the 31 of may they invited me to be a VIP at carnival and offer me bonuses

    I deposited more than 1000 at carnival and won 3107 pounds, they paid only the deposit back, i played 4 line jacks or better which was allowed for the ongoing bonus I got here are the terms at this link they gave me at the email they offered the bonuses

    Then USA casino started sending emails too offering attractive bonuses i played there too 4 line jacks or better which is allowed by the terms

    Then they started to play games claiming that 4 line doesnt count towards the wagering which was not true at the time I played end of May and also now u can see in the link I attached above that 4 line is ok for the wagering

    Here is the first email

    I replied that 4 line is ok and here is their reply:
    Dear Huseyin,

    Thank you for choosing Carnival Casino.

    We are in receipt of your email, please be advised that our records
    indicate that you still need wager a total of $3600 in allowed games.

    Be advised that the games excluded are :Craps, Roulette (American and
    European), Sic Bo, and Jacks of Better4, Deuces Wild 4 Lines, Aces and
    Faces 4 Lines, Blackjack and Baccarat.

    We wish you all the best.

    Then I sent them a screenshot of the terms and they locked my account at both places USA and Carnival not paying my winnings telling me that I am a bonus abuser. In USA casino they owe me around 1900 GBP.

    I was totally surprise by their attitude closing accounts and not paying after all terms were met and after they initiates MANY MANY EMAILS informing me I am a prince VIP at their casino. I lost a lot to gain this VIP tag and they returned deposit of last promotion I made not even deposits I made before and lost and not paying my legeitimate winnings.


    Here is more email I got from them after I sent the screenshot which probably made them mad.

    I pitched a bitch and the casinomeister told me they don't reply a relevant reply to his pitch a bitch as well.

    I want to warn players from playing this casino signup and ongoing bonuses.

    They stole more than $6000 in net winnings leaving me with deposit and also not returning deposit I made before and lost which made me a VIP at their casino.

    here is an email from USA casino which also made me a VIP look at the email they sent accusing me in abuse while I accuse them in a complete fraud

    I made a complaint with playtech which told me to contact the casino because they can explain better than them, Shame on the stupid girl from playtech Iris Toledano to forward me back to the casino, why did they put her there , to tell me to contact the casino ???? I know how to do it myself they put here there to be a honest arbitrar.


    Anyway again another casino and a big one not pay thousand of thousand of $ you should not trust an online caisno and it seem no one can really help at severe cases that the casino does not care even if you complain.

    A guy in Florida won $1.9M on October 25, 2005 at Carnival in the progressive jackpot. Now I am not saying that had anything to do with this guy's payouts, but it might have slowed things down a bit. :eek:

    I thought that progressives were pooled together....(playtech, RTG, MG, etc..) If that's the case then it wouldn't hurt them a bit. Seems they just don't want to pay out!

    On another note, why in the world did you deposit in their sister casino BEFORE you got paid by the other???!?!?!?

    I had my account closed due to having a winning percentage far greater than my deposit percentage, I did win a $6000 hand at let it ride but they were totally rude and seem to have a fair amount of negative press lately about them, I stay away from the whole group.:lolup:

    Playtech in general gives me the willies. I would stay away from them period. Their so called dispute resolution site is a big joke. There are a ton of Playtech sites and the vast majority are very shady in my opinion.

    I am not sure why Bryan deleted the guy's account number when USA Casino happily lists the account numbers of all their winners (good targets for crooks, as these guys will be the ones with money in their account), on their website

    They wouldn't pay me $85 on a free chip. Told me the wager requirement was 20x and changed it to 99x after I won. I use to deposit at USA and made withdraws no problem same as New York I wonder what happened?

    Bryan, are there any news regarding the group ? Are they willing to pay ?

    I forgot to mention that I called about 4 times and I asked for the security dept. but after letting me wait for 10 minutes in average everytime they told me this issue is not with the security anymore and that the management decided to lock my account

    The reason I asked for the security is that Iris Toledano from playtech told me there is a security problem that the casino is the best to explain and not her

    dude I honestly hope you get your money. I had a problem out of them a few years back. I won like $1200+ and they told me that my address on my license didnt match my account address and wasn't going to pay me. I had moved and explain that to them. After arguing with security there. I told them that I was gonna come down and deal with them in person. I actually was. I was tired of this crap from shady casinos. The security person then ask me to send him a copy of my bills to show my new address. I did and they approved it.

    This is really bizzare, I tried to private message cipher a week ago when he asked for my email and I also published today my thread in the winneronline.com but my reply is not being publish.

    Please do me a favor and send him my email This email is not visible to you. I have nothing to hide, I won there on ongoing deposits and never tried to manipulate any of their system.

    They never denied I won from legitimate cards dealt, and as I said they never returned deposit I made and lost before these winnings, as I said I became a VIP after I lost there and they never returned these losses and I never charged backed them, and waited half a year before I went to the forum.
    I feel someone is trying to shut my mouth at the winneronline.com forum.

    Actually what is bizzare is that when I registered at winneronline.com and publish my message I got a message that the message is going to be checked and published, then I made replies and it was published instant, now when I try to make a reply I get the same message that it should be checked and also I can not private message cipher.
