    my first post in here. I have been watching for quite a while and unfortunately I have had my first problem with online casinos now.
    I registered on Carnival Casino a while ago through You must register/login in order to see the link.. Where they had made a special deal with them where you got a 100$ redeemable bonus from an 80 $ deposit. I played the bonus through and wanted to withdraw my 120 $ or something like that. Now they wont give me the money since they say all their bonuses are sticky. I knew when i signed up their normal bonuses were sticky but this one isnt. I have tried to explain this to their CS giving them links to the signup page and all. After i hadnt heard anything from them in a few weeks. I contacted my affiliate and they have tried to help me. Since then Carnival Casino has told them they have noticed fraud on my account. This sounds very peculiar to me and i havent heard this from myself.
    I am a little bit tired of all this and pretty much just want my money.

    Sounds weird to me btw that they accuse me of fraud and in the meantime they have given me a bonus on the account to try to get me back. I havent told their representative since i couldnt find them on the list.

    I know your normal bonuses arent redeemable but as i said the affiliate i play through casino.dk has made a special deal with your managers where we have a special first deposit bonus where we deposit 80$ and get 100$ in bonus that is redeemable.     No indication of fraud in their mails. Did they only mention this to the promoter?
    There is certainly a misunderstanding, it is often the case that CS are unaware of the "special" deals like this, and will apply standard terms. Sticky bonuses are the standard here, they also have a of a reputation for being a bit tricky. Possibly the accusation of fraud was made as a "spoiler" in case you complained to casino.dk - they may hope to make you look bad and prejudice how casino.dk deal with any complaint with you.
    casino.dk will be well aware of whether they made a deal for a non-sticky or a sticky bonus. Changing staff, even managers, is no excuse for reneging on a deal, amazing how many companies think it is though!

    Yeah they only mentioned it to You must register/login in order to see the link.. I have spoken with their support for a while now and they are trying to solve the case. I know other players have had the same problem with carnival since they dont know about this special bonus. You should just think when i provide them with the affiliate link that they should be able to figure out the claim is ok.
    I know casino.dk doesnt believe in the fraud accusation atleast thats what their support is telling me.

    It's their duty to help you with this matter because you sign up from them.
