carnival casino! most pathetic service

    i am having most poor customer support and pathtic service at carnival casino.3 weeks before i made a withdrawl at carnival casino. they asked me to send id doc. which i sent it same day. within few days i inquired about my withdrawl and they said that they are still waiting for my id doc. i was surprised, well i sent it again. after a week my withdrawl was reversed, and got some generic email that they havent recieved my id , so they are reversing my withdrawl request.well i sent it for 3rd time. again contacted them and they informed me that they havent recieved my id. i talked with there supervisor, i think marie. she told me that she will look into it and respond me within 24 hrs. but she hasnt responded me and still no progress. whenever i contact there support, they dont know anything.i have sent them my id for 3 times , but they have misplaced it 3 times. it looks like impossible to solve this problem cos they wont put there effort from there site, cos error is at there site. but they are not willing to invest time to resolve it. i am fed up of there pathetic and poor service. any advise how to deal with these jokers and clowns?

    Funny, I opened an account with them about two years ago. I played, lost, and haven't been back since. Last week they sent me an email a day trying to get me to deposit. Maybe they should have spent that time working on your issue instead:rolleyes:

    Between your customer service issuess and my mailbox full of spam, I won't be making a deposit with them any time soon.

    I had the exact same situation happen at another Playtech about 4 years ago. they kept claiming they did not recieve the jpeg docs I sent them (3 times) so I finally contacted CM and he had me send the jpeg to him to test it out. He recieved it just fine! He got on their case and I was finally paid within a short time. That is the oldest trick in the book. Just another chapter for them. (" We didn't recieve the docs") Uh huh. I wish you luck. Hope you get it resolved. And once you do get your money..."Run away, run away!";)

    already sent 4 times my docs.they didnt got them.and i am getting there all emails and offers on top odf them .sent my id via fax, now they didnt recieved a clear copy and they want me to resend the fax .i am sick and tired with there stupid tricks. just a crap group of casinos. and they wont spent a sec to find out , where my ids are as i already sent them 4 times.
