So this is the worst bonus clause I've come across yet. Earlier today I posted a €2956 win on Dead or Alive that I got via a €0.72 bet, while playing a bonus (€60 depo, €90 bonus).

After playing for a couple of hours, and 1000s of spins, after having got that big win, my balance suddenly changes from about €2600 to €360. I immediately go to Live chat and they don't seem to have a clue what might have happened, so they consult Everymatrix senior tech.

After a while they get back to me and point me to a clause in the general t&c's (which I for some reason haven't seen when I read them) saying:

12. Maximum win from a single wager made with the bonus funds is €300, or your account currency equivalent of €300, unless otherwise stated. This limitation does not apply to Progressive Jackpot wins.

This is for a bonus where if you take max bonus of €150, you're allowed to bet €15 (so a 20x bet win maxes you out). Obviously this is as close to a pure scam as it gets.

I'm awaiting a call from their manager, so let's hope this is all just a big misunderstanding/mistake and that this thread can be removed. I'll update you after the call.

Looking at Google Cache, the max win was €10000 and not €300, and the terms and conditions have the same date. This must be illegal?

Was able to find it here which is not on the promo terms. Usually casinos mention in the promo that the Terms and condition are in addition but here is not the case. You should PAB but small chances they will cooperate. i dont know why casinos limit you on your own deposit if it was a signup bonus it would maybe be ok but on first deposit its a joke, how do they expect people to continue playing with them.

Ok so I had a really good call with the manager now and there was a series of events for this casino, and abuse, that led up to that very unusual term. They know it's not in their best interest to have it and their goal is to remove win caps and change terms by next week.

Like kavaman said did you get sorted? I now its a pain in the arss but did you take a screen shot of the rules when signed up? Rules are rules I am afraid no matter how bad they are, It is up to us to decide if we play, There has been a few times where rules have been changed after a big win, I mean your wins not going to break there bank but when it comes to daedoralive I think casino take this as abuse, for what reason I do not know as Alot more will be lost before it is won,

I personally do not know the casino, Just stick to the accredited sites on Meister, i do play allot no listed sites but I can trust them, Not just because they have a U.K licence but gut instinct, Normally I keep to the list but some sites do not want to jump on board, Not that it would do any harm, But many of sites are not listed and have reps including spingenie to name one, Paul the rep is out standing, You not hear much as not nedded and not on the list but no need as every thing goes as planed, I do think they limited to certain country's mind you,

But most sites have D&A banned from play and thats the first thing to look for, In your case it was not barred but always red terms afew time as there well hiiden

Hi guys - yes I will get my winnings. I've spoken both to a manager and the owner there and they were both very pleasant people. The term will be removed as they quickly realised it's not a fair one. The reason it got there was, according to them, that they got hit by a lot of bonus abusers. CC is a startup, and it's understandable that mistakes do happen, but as long as they're fixed I have no problem with that.

In hindsight I regret starting this thread so soon before I had the chance to speak to any higher-up in the company. If it can be removed/edited that would be great and much appreciated - but it's obviously up to the mods.

The term is still there. I would avoid this casino, when such a term is in place. I mean 300e limit on bonus winnings (Yes its not a NO deposit bonus, but a deposit bonus max win).

Other everymatrix sites, have the max win capped in 5000e-10000e approximately.

Funny how EM can co-ordinate their casinos' terms and bonus systems to cap winnings, but not to spot SE'd accounts so they can take risk-free deposits...

The more I hear about EM the less I trust them. Luckily I don't play at any of their sites now.

It is positive if the OP has been/will get paid in full. Otherwise it renders their SUB offer almost pointless. I'm surprised DoA was even allowed under SUB terms, as many bar it.

Yup i guess the doa exlusion on most sites is because it can give out massive wins. The screenshots have scared the casinos....

There is a reason why it was allowed, & that is because they cap winnings to 300, Most people will bust out but when a big win hits than its a 300 cap, They would be stupid not to list it with them rules, Which by the way are ridicules

That's good to hear, then they came through on their promise.

My winnings were received in a timely fashion, my overall experience with Caribic is very good despite this initial hickup.
