I will be filing a PAB but I feel it is my part to warn the community to watch out for this group. Over the past few months these guys have used many tactics that are incredibly shady. Anytime I have a cashout on thursday or friday, they come with an excuse to cancel my cashout and return it to my account for the weekend hoping I play it back. I also caught them in a lie when they tried telling me their processor is refusing withdraws. I threatened them with a complaint to the gaming commission and the chat reps response was "please process it again and you dont have to worry about any more issues". Sure enough I processed it and they never did it again. After doing it to me about 5 times in a row.

The second thing is, if you deposit with this casino, they simply take the money and dont fund your account sometimes. This has happened to me twice. As ive been depositing once or twice a week since ive slowed down, I deposited $80 last week and everything went through I got the casino pop up saying success. But no funds. I contact the casino over the next few days and they tell me they dont see any transactions. Which I know is impossible So I wait the 5 business days until it shows up in my banking transactions which it does. I send them all of the proof. And they still refuse to give me my money and act clueless. They know my currency is CAD and the only offer USD for me so when I show them the transaction they want proof of USD..which is absolutely ridiculous...as I live in Canada.

Its a small amount so I find it very strange they have made me fight with them for almost 2 weeks now. Especially given many deposits and a long time player. But everything I tried, they just refuse to give me my money.

I have tried contacting the rep here but the one made a thread saying he left the company and introduced someone else who doesnt exist and there isnt one listed on their accredited page.

I wont be commenting on this further as I will processing the PAB later but felt its my duty to make sure to warn you all this group is not going about things in an honest manner and to be weary of them if playing there.

i have never had any probs there, actually just made a small deposit with them last week
made a decent profit cashed out and paid in 20 min.

Yeah - noticed that. Thursday I had 2 in that region - Stayed pending and pending. Weekend another and that stayed pending forever. Eventually went to chat and asked them to help in getting them processed. This was at Betsafe.

I agree - anything around that region is being STALLED for longer than it should. They come up with all excuses to justify the delay. Not buying it. ALL the Casinos in their group seem to be employing delay tactics for larger withdrawals.

Currently also waiting for my withdraw and its more then 2500 and i already read what lockinlove said about their stalling tactics and i'll just sit it out and ask later tonight for them to process it

What makes me a lil bit mad is the fact that they say (if its not processed instantly it can take up to 24hrs to process it ) BS i call it and just giving us players the run around .

Why can VS or Mrgreen or even Casumo (via livechat ) almost process it very quickly (less then 30 min) and bettson can't .... makes me wonder....

They are a big company AFAIK .. why use these cheesy tactics...totally unneccesary if you ask me ....just pay the player fast and you will see him return very quickly but now it leaves a nasty taste behind wondering why we even play at their casino....

There is no doubt in my mind that this is a purely intentional, scumbag move for sure, I think Bryan should have this information on their accredited page.

I've been an avid supporter of BML group of casinos and do play there regularly.

Being a lowroller, I'm usually not in a position to have to wait 1k+ withdrawals, but giving the size of BML group, it's pretty alarming that they would resort to these kind of shenanigans with other than smallish withdrawals.

It shouldn't matter if the withdrawal is larger than few hundred. I agree with posters in this thread, that if they do this deliberately, it should affect their rating. Or even their accredition,

Similar issue with another casino - apparently my card failed a Realex score and the transaction was declined. However it went through, money taken from bank and now need to wait until the transaction shows. How it was declined but still taken is a mystery. :rolleyes:

Just to update the thread i will hold off on the PAB now that it seems there is an active rep, I was only going to do that because I didnt think there was one. I have messaged the rep and will proceed with t he contacting the rep before filing a PAB process

I will say I have already filed a complaint to the gaming mission yesterday, I think they need to be aware of what this group is doing with the stalling tactics and taking people's money. I also had a conversation with Betsson yesterday who again asked for more information. I took a screenshot of the conversation I had with my bank stating there is no further details they can provide and gave it to betsson.

They took money from my bank and they will not give it back to me because they cannot track their own transactions is what I have been told numerous times. I have also been told because my bank doesnt have a tracking number there is no way to know Im telling the truth therefore they will not return my money. My screenshot showed the identical amount and form of payment used in their casino. yet they refuse.

This has been one awful experience, I dont wish it on anyone.


However, I do want to suggest everyone who has posted the stalling tactics and such to report them to the gaming commission. This is how we as a community deter casino's from taking advantage of us and doing these shady things. One complaint is fine but a bunch will get the gaming commissions attention which will hopefully put pressure of betsson to stop these acts

Hmm.

I Lost instant withdraws about 3 months ago. Cs doesent get anykind of information why they are gone. Same deposit and withdraw method.

But still i have get every withdraw about 2-4 hours, if i want them faster i contact cs and i have get them

Well I guess I have had 3 of those "rare" incidents of delay, what I find most disturbing and insulting is that they will process a $500 cashout within an hour while my larger cashouts sit.....I do not think this is as rare as you say

I'm pretty sure that larger cash-out amounts do go through more rigorous checks, so i wouldn't be surprised if they took longer than usual... quite whether the extra length of time they take is reasonable i don't know...

I could see that for a 5 figure withdrawal, not 4 figures and especially with history, Videoslots doesn't seem to have these problems or policies.

I agree that is can be frustrating when policies at "big casinos" can be very different.

I hate Nektan casinos for their 72 hour (not including weekend) policies... There is just no need for it.

That said, where the policies are clear and not hidden, there is an argument that "you knew the rules". If you think it's unfair take your business elsewhere.

If all of you stop playing at Betsson (or wherever) because they are being shitty with you, then they will soon take notice when it starts hitting them where it hurts...

If a policy states 3-5 working days, and I get paid instantly then great. If it takes 5 working days, well then I knew it could. Can't really argue too much with it... I can be frustrated but can't really complain.

However in the case of disappearing funds and refusing to take a bank statement as proof... I would 100% agree that a PAB and a damn good rant is in order. If argue that's verging on fraud on the part of the casino. What more proof can you give?

A casino does NOT have the right to take a deposit, refuse to credit it and then wave away every possible method of proof you can give them without an extremely good reason. And if the reason were that good then they should have reported you to the authorities for money laundering or fraud or something.

I play solely on CasinoEuro from the BML group,used to have accounts with the other casino's too but didn't see any point in that as they are from the same group.
I have to say I never ever have to wait long for my WD's which could be anything in the 500-1000 Euro region,sometimes up to 1500 when lucky.
With Skrill I often receive my WD instantly after the request, even on a Friday or Saturday night.

That said never made a WD of 2500+ Euro with BML group so I have no idea if and why they take longer.
Maybe some additional security checks or play log checks.

So I can understand you are annoyed lockinlove but as far as I know they have always been a good crowd and still are. :)

And I defend very few casino's on this forum! But CasinoEuro is in my good book. :p

After everything I went through with this, they thought it was a good idea to offer me a $20 bonus with wagering.

Im cashing out the $80 and closing my account with this group. I can never in my life suggest them to anyone ever. Easily the worst experience I have ever had with any casino. The stuff I have seen from them, I cannot believe people have ever had a good experience. I experienced nothing but very rogue behavior.

The only thing I can do is suggest that people stay very far away from this casino. The games that were being played mirror those of the ace revenue group.

I am being charged a $25 fee from my bank and I know this. Which sucks on an $80 deposit that I never played but I simply refuse to give this casino one cent. I will take the loss as a lesson I guess.

Try reading the thread. I didnt even play the money so Im not mad about a loss. And are you missing the comments from others stating they have had the same issue with the stalling etc?

And btw it sounds like you shouldnt be gambling if you cant control yourself and decide to abuse reps. Just because you act ridiculous when you lose doesnt mean others do.

Sometimes casinos mess up quite badly and need to be held accountable. I personally think betsson should be in the grey zone and not accredited whatsoever but thats just my opinion that others may not share.

After this incident. I closed my account for good because sometimes actions speak.

They allowed me to deposit using Eco but refused for me to use it as a withdrawal method. Then when i pointed out it was allowed at their sister site, they changed their tune. All while the money was sat there for 17 hours waiting - I couldn't withdraw it.

They continuously chase new players but cannot service the ones that are loyal. This is the problem with the industry, they would rather have 100 $10 depositing customers than those that would drop $10k in a month.

Betsson used to be very reputable in my book - I would love to keep accounts open there but when you start acting shady and holding money then my outlook changes. The only places that do that are places that don't want to pay and hope you reverse. It seems to be big business these days.

The rep doesn't help much. He either doesn't respond to a PM or tells you 'We have a 24 hour pending period'. I just call on favors from people I know behind the scenes to get paid. It shouldn't be that way :rolleyes:

the only few times you get actually instant withdraws is when the withdraws are like 50~500 above that they give you the 24hr bullshit cost me quite a few bucks ...

Bettson to me for sure is using stalling tactics when it comes to bigger amount couple thousands at least for me


But he ..... thats why we still have VS right?

cashed out 10k the other night paid me in 20 mins no BS just lightning fast payments ....

If they takes deposits instantly why can't they pay out instantly?

Guess we wont know at Betsson account closure might be the next thing to do....

But i don't think they really care after all they are a business numbers that matters a few less account they dont care about.

It is strange ..

Last week i withdrawed from betsson about 10k to skrill and deposit was about 5 k. Every withdraw i get in 2min- 3hours . One was pending 8 hours put cs getted it me in 15 minutes after contact them. I dont need to complaint..

This is very strange. They sayed me it is ( AML regulations ). I just cant believe it anymore if so many is affecting of it.

Maybe, or not..

They have not stalled my withdraws . And if they start , i dont play there anymore.
