I will be filing a PAB but I feel it is my part to warn the community to watch out for this group. Over the past few months these guys have used many tactics that are incredibly shady. Anytime I have a cashout on thursday or friday, they come with an excuse to cancel my cashout and return it to my account for the weekend hoping I play it back. I also caught them in a lie when they tried telling me their processor is refusing withdraws. I threatened them with a complaint to the gaming commission and the chat reps response was "please process it again and you dont have to worry about any more issues". Sure enough I processed it and they never did it again. After doing it to me about 5 times in a row.
The second thing is, if you deposit with this casino, they simply take the money and dont fund your account sometimes. This has happened to me twice. As ive been depositing once or twice a week since ive slowed down, I deposited $80 last week and everything went through I got the casino pop up saying success. But no funds. I contact the casino over the next few days and they tell me they dont see any transactions. Which I know is impossible So I wait the 5 business days until it shows up in my banking transactions which it does. I send them all of the proof. And they still refuse to give me my money and act clueless. They know my currency is CAD and the only offer USD for me so when I show them the transaction they want proof of USD..which is absolutely ridiculous...as I live in Canada.
Its a small amount so I find it very strange they have made me fight with them for almost 2 weeks now. Especially given many deposits and a long time player. But everything I tried, they just refuse to give me my money.
I have tried contacting the rep here but the one made a thread saying he left the company and introduced someone else who doesnt exist and there isnt one listed on their accredited page.
I wont be commenting on this further as I will processing the PAB later but felt its my duty to make sure to warn you all this group is not going about things in an honest manner and to be weary of them if playing there.
