Clearly things have changed in the last 24 hours at CAP/AMI and we now have what is effectively a retraction of Lou's original decision - the wording in that original post of his was quite unequivocal in my view and pointed to resignation from the company and not just its forum activities - so it appears that it will be business as usual for Lou and Warren with the possible exception of their involvement in the CAP message boards.

Developments there [on the message board] will be closely watched to see if there are any signs of changes to communications....and the banning process.

Taking Warren's statement as posted by Mojo here at face value, it would appear that the management status quo at CAP AMI and probably EMG remains unchanged, thus completely devaluing the last 24 hours of speculation on radical changes in AMI management and policies.

I'm beginning to think Lou's 'resignation' was either emotion or cosmetic damage control after all....maybe it is time for a straight, fully considered statement clarifying exactly what is going on at AMI - this sort of tap dancing only exacerbating an increasingly bad situation imo.

I hope you will see some changes when I get back from London next week. First I need to figure out exactly what I am dealing with here.

Hello I am Randy and I was a long time member of PAP/CAP. I had the screen name Ridge on both those forums too before I was banned for speaking about about not getting paid. I was lucky enough to get a good start with Cardspike and even built to dedicated Cardspike sites and I have a very active forum with some high stakes grinders that I signed up there.

You guys know the story that follows, we never got paid, we started several thread to try and get a resolution and in the end we got banned for speaking out at PAP and CAP..

To date I have only been paid a small amount directly from Warren Jolly and I was told to keep quiet and I would get the rest. After a couple more months I realized I was never getting paid and started speaking with Lou and Warren to get paid.. They threatened me, cussed, me and finally banned me..

I have documentation of everything including PM's, Emails, IM's, and screenshots from Lou, Warren, Greg Powell (Former AM).

My stats were altered and my Cardspike affiliate account has since been locked/Closed - I am doing rakeback there so I still have players but cannot get paid, see stats or even log in.. I have emailed Cake Poker several times and they are not helping get my players, money, or my account unlocked.

I'm not sure if this is the proper place to post the screenshots of my affiliate account before my stats were altered, so I will wait until I hear something back..

This whole mess has really took a toll on me and I really want to put it behind me, but if there is a chance we can finally see our money and maybe Cake Poker will step up and kick CS off their network.


I will be more than happy to send an Admin here every bit of documentation I have on this issue..

Welcome Ridge and Mewsiclovr. Casinomeister has a PAB (pitch a bitch) system that you can utilize here. Max then investigates to help you get paid. Although I have to confess, I'm not really sure how to get started. Maybe someone can help explain it better.

Not following here.

As far as money goes, I have no horse in this race. I volunteer because the community has been able to even out the playing field for affiliates and solve payment and T&C issues. That I am profiting from, as are all affiliates everywhere, whether they have even been aware of the issues or not.

Divide? No division I can see. Are you talking about dividing CAP? Or?

For 8 or so years Lou and I have discussed things that came up and Lou has always been the one effecting the solutions to aff issues. To me, years of service cannot be negated by months of issues.

The last few months I have had little contact with Lou, probably due to his being stressed out as can be. Affiliate media is doing huge conferences, audits, and and and... Frankly, my head would spin if I tried to manage all that. Just one lively message board is more than a handful.

And, regardless of what anyone thinks, I miss Lou's input and quick actions when problems come up and really hope things can return to the old situation sometime soon.

After what has been exposed in this thread and others and after what several affiliate managers have told me, I will be surprised if CAP retains more than a few programs (other than the ones they own or operate under the cover of darkness)

Dom I am really curious, as you admittedly don't work for, have any money or ownership interest in CAP, and your only going to be running the forums as a volunteer... How do you plan on "fixing" the problems at CAP like you stated earlier in this thread?

I plan to fix two things at this time, one is getting card spike affs paid. I plan to talk to cake about this, as I think I did mention earlier. I do not know who actually does own cardspike, but Cake surely does. So that appears the way to go.

The other is reversing recent bans, and I will work on that after I get back on London and staff is back at cap. Everyone and his brother are winging their way to London...

The first time I read that sentence of Dom's, I read it the same as you rowmare. A second time reading it I took it to mean that Cake will surely know who the owners are, not that they are the owners.

Probably but you also might be better off going to Jazette who process and support them. It seems likely they are more related to them than Cake, especially with the action other than poker that CardSpike offered.

I have been told by both Cake and Jazette that there is a non-disclosure agreement in place, standard stuff. I would have been surprised if there were not a non-disclosure.

Cake and Jazette can't talk about this with anyone that is not employed by the people that signed the contract... Unless the person/persons that actually signed the contract with them OK's it in writing.

So Dom I guess I still don't understand how your going to help get people paid, if the parties involved won't talk to you.

At first I thought Dom was going the wrong way by trying to keep CAP floating. They obviously feel passionate about CAP and want to see it succeed and make it through this. I know Dom can do incredible things when she is passionate about something. Give her a chance to see if it can work instead of doubting. While some of us have our doubts about CAP/PAP I don't think we should have doubts about Dom's motives. See what happens, maybe the people that own CardSpike will be willing to let Dom mediate this and give permission for disclosure, who knows. Give it at least until after CAP though to have these doubts.

And never once during that long time, has raised her voice, raised a finger of protest, about either the Card Spike, CAP forum bannings en masse, or for that matter the sale of player email data bases.

There are other allegations of hacked forums, personal threats, black hat SEO and illicit impersonations et al that are simply too many to cover here suffice to say Dom has never once addressed these matters, nay, she has NEVER even acknowledged these matters exist.

Clearly she either knows nothing or so little about what has gone down that her role as some sort of diplomat is entirely unqualified and wholly inappropriate.

I don't care for silent grovelling compliance. That says to me you either have no values, or at best, no values worth speaking up for, no values worth fighting for, no values worth taking a risk for.

And Dom proposes what? Getting previously banned CAP forum members unbanned? Sorry, but big deal. Everyone wants to see affs/players get paid their dues but to this extent even if Dom appears to have success in this regard I for one will treat the "success" with deep suspicion.

Industry participants want to see the issues addressed. Unequivocally and without further delay. They can hardly be addressed by someone who refuses to acknowledge they exist in the first place.

People are simply sick of being treated with utter contempt. The word games are over for CAP and all its little slobbering, blinded and compliant indians.

Criticism without justification (ie. "silent grovelling compliance") will not be tolerated. There is no basis under which you are able to substantiate this claim, given that she's only been in place about a day.

Win, it was not her job to DEFEND Lou's actions or cover his butt either, but she has many many times over the years.

You should try not to let your personal friendship and financial ties blind you...
