Card Force issues?

Hi Everyone!

Been a very long time since I posted on CM. I wanted to know if anyone is experiencing delay issues with Cardforce. I made a withdraw via this method at Aladdin's on 10-26. Today is my 7th business day. My experience has been 2 business days max for any withdraws using this method. I reached out to Karolina who is kindly assisting me.

I also have another withdraw ($370) made on 10-30 from Jackpot Capital that has yet to hit my account too, so I suspect there is another hiccup in this method of payment.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up & good to see all of the familiar names still around.

Withdraw update.

Just contacted JC support this evening and was informed the policy waiting time on a credit card withdraw is 10 business days!
I chatted with Kiva and asked her since when has this time frame been the policy? She kind of blew me off and said that is their policy. UGH! Does not bode well.

Karolina is still awaiting word from their processor.

I threw some money into Slotastic last night and had a wonderful run. I cashed out by check this time. Let's see how long this takes in comparison to card force.

I play exclusively with these 2 groups and know I will eventually be paid. It just sucks not knowing when. I would like to advise them to inform their players if the time frame has changed so significantly. 10 business days is equivalent to over 2 full weeks!

So it was confirmed to me that there is a processor delay of potentially another 3 to 5 business days. Apparently casinos/reps were never informed.
Karolina has been wonderful in keeping me updated. I am truly grateful for her being proactive and trying to resolve this mystery. CWG has a gem of a rep. Hope they know that fact!

Received my small payout from JC made on 10-30 of $370 today!

Still waiting on my cashout from Aladdin's that was made on the 26th. Fingers crossed for Monday.

Slotastic win that I cashed out via check is still under review when that should have processed Friday.

I too am still waiting on a cardforce payout started on Oct 26 and verified on Oct 29. I also am still waiting on a courier check sent Oct 30th!(different casino)

Not only slow, but have you noticed the the "price" of a check has been boosted from $30 to $50?
And the Card Force from 9$ to $10? Then of course the card charges US players for 'foreign' transactions and the banks charge to cash the checks!

It even costs you a fortune to 'win' these days.

I just checked Slotastic and their prices for withdraws in both formats are posted as what they have been. Please let me know the establishments with the price change.

Hopefully you get your money soon MaryJean. I am on day 14 since my withdraw was processed.:/ I am assuming my Slotastic withdraw will process tomorrow but God knows how long before I receive a check. I will update on any changes or news.

What is the difference between Card Force and Pay My Card?

I've been using Pay My Card for a long time now at the CW brands for a $9 fee and never had any issues at all. The payment is usually in 3 or 4 business days.
My only grip is the 24 hour pending before they process that adds an unnecessary delay to the whole thing. Especially for established customers who don't use bonuses.

There is not much of a difference between two. The difference we have here at CWG is min and max amount you can request. PayMyCard is $50-$1000 and CardForce $1000 - $5000.

That is InetBet's latest charges. They do say they don't charge for the First withdrawal of the month, but after that----

Some of their Wager Requirements have gone from 20X to 25X. (Still less than JPC or Slotastic though)

Update

Received my funds from Aladdin's Gold via Card Force this afternoon! Sincere thanks to Karolina for her assistance and keeping me informed.

So....my Slotastic withdraw initiated Weds. evening via check did not authorize until yesterday morning & still says authorized in my account. It has yet to process.

My concern is that I think our online casinos are not informing us that processing our winnings has changed a bit for at least the near future. The time frames are not what they state. Their FAQ pages have not been updated to reflect the delays though when inquiring via chat I am told a different story. I did go on chat to ask about my latest withdraw and Myra was very vague. I asked specifically why is this payout still marked authorized and when can I expect it to process. Her response was it's still authorizing. I asked again and she told me she would let the payment centers know my concerns. Hmmmm.

What I took from that conversation was they (online casinos) are aware there are issues with the processors and are keeping a tight lid on the issues to prevent loss of patrons and income.

Like I stated in my initial post, it's not about getting paid from the establishments noted. They have always done right by me. I detest the lack of communication with the players. JMO

I will now post updates regarding my next saga - check payout at Slotastic. I am hoping to have it in time for Black Friday here in the states!

Finally finished verifying my account today and I was told it takes 2-4 days to process the withdraw and then 5-7 days to actually get it. That is so nutty. Maybe I'm spoiled by bitcoin casinos. I withdrew $4,300 within 8 hours at a bitcoin casino. I can withdraw $1,000 a week with circle.com onto my credit card (same process as card force) and it takes less than 24 hours for that to show up on my checking account.

Welcome to CM, I feel your pain, although I think Aladdins Gold is one of the best

Yes holiday may delay things. I would think by next Tuesday you will have it but maybe tomorrow

Waiting since last week - CardForce is awful - Jackpot Capital

I've been waiting for a card force payment that was supposedly processed on the 22nd of December by Jackpot Capital. I was told this was their fastest payment method, which is a JOKE. They get our money instantly and now it's been 10 banking days not including the holidays / Sundays and still nothing. Disgusted with Jackpot Capital and Card Force!

Hi

I have a card force with Grande Vegas that I started on Dec 24th that is not completed yet. Not worried because I had two payouts with Grande Vegas just before the Holidays. it was 2 Money Grams and I received the transaction Info in three days on both them. I think it may also be a little longer on this one because of the holidays.

On the last Pay my card with CW it took a week as compared to 3 days in the past.

As of today 1/6/15 have not received payment. I requested another payout from Grande Vegas on Jan 4th for a courier check. received e-mail today telling me it was sent by FedX today. So maybe it does take a little more time from Card Force.

I'm sorry that you are still waiting, it is 5th business day and taking into account the bank holidays time it could take little bit longer than usual.

Please remember that banks will have different deadlines over holiday and it could delay things. I'm sure that all will be back to usual business shortly.

Card Force has never been this slow in past, always got in within three days after processed, so something is up with the Holidays or something. In past , weather CW or JPC group they were always on time for me.
Just hope Card Force is not having issues all of a sudden. The timing just stinks as my engine on the car died and needs to be replaced , and I am waiting on so I can fix it.

Was promised it yesterday.Now they say hopefully by the end of week.Blamed it on christmas and new years.It was approved on 12/29,so i dont know what christmas has to do with it.I had a delay on my last w/d also.Must have been halloween holiday.........

Still not here. I personally think the bank issue is BS and they used our money to buy their holiday gifts. I should be able to say that 13 banking days after processing - going to land based casinos who actually pay you when you win - ALL AT ONCE TOO WITH NO PENDING WITHDRAWAL WAITING PERIOD! What a concept!
