Hey all,

Just came in to answer casinomeisters poll thingy so thought I;d update ya.

I'm not gettin paid. Which sucks.

Basically they said cos I didnt send in the documents they needed until after they told me the winnings were void. (they asked me for them a day or so after i deposited but i never saw the email. after i'd exchanged a few emails with the risk management dude re: the winnings being void, then he mentioned it and i found it) You'd think a week would be acceptable given they want a passport and proof of address and some other stuff...

Seems a little bit unfair to be honest. Just that they were happy for the terms and conditions not to apply if i sent in some documents. Of course after I've won and they tell me they are takin the winnings, i send them in but its too late...

But hey ho... You live and learn. I'll stick to live casinos i think. I actually work in a casino and ive had a good few conversations with customers who;ve experienced problems with online gaming. Not so much like this but lots of different stories of not being paid.

I did contact that Ecogra site, but they didnt really seem to get it. They just quoted the Terms and conditions and said unlucky, basically.


THanks for all you imput tho guys... Shame i didnt get my grand. that is alot of money for me and a big kick in the nuts.

documents again

I've been watching the CM site recently and again document verification problems. E-mail & fax isn't the way, it's like an unsecure black hole and this player missed their document request e-mail which resulted in no pay. Players should always know by whom the request was sent, when their docs were viewed and if approved or denied in real time. If denied why and what it takes to be corrected. If in fact the reason for this player not being paid was from a missed document request by e-mail that's pathetic.

eCogra are useless in this kind of situation. According to the terms, your winnings were voided, BUT the casino said you would be paid on a goodwill basis if you sent in some documents. Since they didn't make the request PROPERLY, but relied on an unreliable system, email, EXCLUSIVELY, they got to confiscate the money after all, even though this has ended up with a public roasting.

WHY do emails from CR go to SPAM?

BECAUSE CR SEND SO MUCH &^%$£" CRAPPY AND MISLEADING "offers", like those "cheques" for $1200 where YOU have won..........., that many email services have BLACKLISTED pretty much EVERYTHING that comes from them and is not specifically WHITELISTED.

Since Virgin Media upgraded my email services, almost ALL my Casino Rewards offers were diverted to SPAM, even the LEGIT ones. I had to try to teach the new "intelligent" spam filter as though it were a young child, saying "yes" and "no" as it experiments in sorting my email. This takes time, and I am LOSING MANY IMPORTANT EMAILS to spam at the moment. These are offers that I miss, BUT it could just as easily be a document request, and if I was not EXPECTING one, why would I go LOOKING for one?

You are right i guess Vinylman. Although I think they emailed me asking for documents originally i think before i actually won. well during the time i was clearing the bonus i guess. SO i dunno. MAkes youwonder why they dont stop you playin until you send them the ID. I mean if its to ensure security like they say...

but yeah i also wonder if i hadn;t have won, would i have still got my buy in back?

I seriously doubt it...
