Hey all,

Just played the free hour here and am glad to say got the 200 maximum bonus.

But before I deposit the kids college fund here I wanted to see if they are reputable, however I did not see them mentioned in the accredited section. Conversely I didnt see them listed in the rogue section either.

Any ideas? Is this casino reputable? Am I likely to get paid if I win.

Cheers

If this is your FIRST sign up bonus with the entire Casino Rewards group, you should get paid, although you might get your rewards account locked. If you have already had another sign-up offer from the group, and have gone straight to Captain Cooks for another one, you risk not being paid.

This lot seem happy to allow their eCogra seal lapse rather than take the trouble to comply with the timetables for completing site audits, so protection has reduced further.

If your rewards account gets locked, just wait a couple of months & the lock will probably "time out".

You will probably have to submit the standard documents before the first cash-out, especially if you have used cards to deposit. You may also be asked to receive a phone call from them, so make sure the number you give is correct. Another player had a considerable problem because of this, as the casino would not pay until they had made this phone contact.

Havent used cards to deposit and defo wont after the trouble I had with the last one. Will prob open a wallet but undecided as which one to go for.

I heard that certain ones arent accepted everywhere, or is that just for American players?

It is mainly a problem for American players.

UK players should not have any trouble.

MG casinos tend to accept a variety of eWallets, and acceptance of Neteller, Click2pay, and Moneybookers is near universal.

I have also seen Clickandbuy added to many MG casinos, but do not know much about them.

Neteller CS is crap, but the call is free.
Moneybookers CS is premium rate phone.
Click2pay are a right pain in the a***, and will have you jump through hoops. They will even charge currency conversion fees from cards even when you work solely in UK pounds, simply because they are running their back end in Dollars (possibly Euros now). This will also produce a further fee on your card, as the banks will charge you again!!

UKash is available (if you can find a shop that understands how to do it), however, withdrawals will be paid by cheque, and they are bound to require ID documents (photo drivers licence or passport + recent utility bill from address registered at the casino). This is probably because UKash does not leave an audit trail at the casino's end, although UKash can tell when & where the voucher was bought.

I have tried UKash a few times, and if you can get some, it works OK. It would be most suited to the small deposit you require to release this 200 bonus from the free play, as the deposit required is fixed, probably 50, but might still be as little as 20.
