Captain Cooks is part of Casino Rewards.
They are up to their old tricks of locking the rewards account, and telling players to deposit to get it unlocked, and then saying "no" after players deposit.

The other one, Vegas Joker, has been moved to "not recommended" after screwing over a load of players who broke no terms and conditions. They were accused of "bonus abuse". They had to fight to get redress.

There are better places to play, and there are many other Microgaming casinos to look at in the accredited section before considering others.

My opinion, stay CLEAR of Casino Rewards Casinos (Captain Cooks, Blackjack Ballroom, etc.). They suck you in with the free offers and then freeze your loyalty account if you play at more than one or receive too many bonuses!:machinegu:machinegu

(Not that I'm vindictive or anything)

If I remember correctly, the players did not claim bonuses, so I doubt they were accused of "bonus abuse."

I remember one player specifically saying they did not claim a bonus, but we were never told what they had done, other than "irregular play". The rep also likened it to a "scam" that was not quite a scam.
This is what makes them a dodgy place to play at, as many innocent players got caught up in this pseudoscam, along with some cases of actual fraud.
I have never heard of anything like this before, nor since. If the casino believed they were manipulating the games, they were accusing them of something impossible without some VERY specific insider knowledge - not something a large number of players would have, and be able to use.

I did play most of the acredited casinos. But the thing is, the more you win, the less you got chances to win next time. And that's for sure =) So if you could recommend any good microgaming casinos, which are not on acredited list (yet) . Thanks in advance

Jackpotjoy are pretty safe and above board but watch out for spam doing the rounds of a totally unrelated casino using the jackpotjoy .hk domain. Appears to be some white-label rubbish trying to live off the brand (JJ have been informed and are looking into it).
