Well, I just give my thumbs up to 32 red and captain cooks few days ago when there is a discussion about the new MG games. And I deposit $200 (then another $50 later) to play the thunderstrucks and couch potato.
I didn't played at there since last Nov (?), so I have no idea of the new "Bonus account" they are having now. I email them and ask for my account number because I just bought a new computer. So I asked the CS about what's this bonus account for.
They opened one for me and put $50 in and the putstanding wager requirement is $500 before I can transfer to real account. Well, I just went and played. Lost the $200 and put another $50 and play more.
The bonus account "outstanding wager requirement" never even change after the whole weekend. I email them and want to find out what't the deal and was giving "mary-go-around" all the time.
Why don't them just tell me: sorry, we don't want to transfer the bonus account to real account for you no matter how much you played....
I even got email from them state how much I played (even more after this email) but they just tell me I have to wager more and more... and DON'T GIVE ME A REASON. I am disappointed at them now, so I request cashin immediately.
