Well, I just give my thumbs up to 32 red and captain cooks few days ago when there is a discussion about the new MG games. And I deposit $200 (then another $50 later) to play the thunderstrucks and couch potato.

I didn't played at there since last Nov (?), so I have no idea of the new "Bonus account" they are having now. I email them and ask for my account number because I just bought a new computer. So I asked the CS about what's this bonus account for.

They opened one for me and put $50 in and the putstanding wager requirement is $500 before I can transfer to real account. Well, I just went and played. Lost the $200 and put another $50 and play more.

The bonus account "outstanding wager requirement" never even change after the whole weekend. I email them and want to find out what't the deal and was giving "mary-go-around" all the time.

Why don't them just tell me: sorry, we don't want to transfer the bonus account to real account for you no matter how much you played....

I even got email from them state how much I played (even more after this email) but they just tell me I have to wager more and more... and DON'T GIVE ME A REASON. I am disappointed at them now, so I request cashin immediately.

captain cook and casino king copy the same policy from another MG group. The bonus account is nothing but fake money, the casino operators can decide how much they want to transfer the money to your real account. Some says it's based on how long you played, some say it's how much you played. Only god knows what rules they are applying to these fake money.
This dirty trick is another way to hold your deposit and they have nothing but fake money to loose. Isn't it clever?
When captain cook and casino king had a poll whether or not they should use the "bonus account", I bet none of us would vote for yes yet they use the system anyway. Go figure.

Bewitch, as far as I can see you wagered in your real account.

In order to transfer any bonus you need to wager in your bonus account (and have 50+ credits).

The above post about Cap'n Cooks having an 'evil' bonus account system is wrong. Unlike some others, they tell you exactly how much you need to wager (x10 or x20 for BJ/videopoker). Then when you transfer you only need to wager the deposit x10/20 in the real account. So even if things went catastrophically in the bonus account you're still in with a good chance of not losing money.

They also have the most generous sign-up bonus of any casino around at the moment. So don't knock them!!

I was giving $50 bonus and was told to wager $500 (at my real account) on slots type games... The page never changed over the 2 days period and the CS won't tell me why I can't transfer it. They either said I have to wait for 1 hour for system update or just said I have to wager $500.... I don't even know what are they talking at all??? You tell me how I wager the $50 bonus if I can't even transfer it???? I just don't like all this BS.

I had no problem with it if this is what they mean, but THEY NEED TO TELL ME. I want them to explain to me, not just give me the whole copy from the bouns account terms and conditions.

I was excited about the extra bonus but felt being joking around the whole time. I didn't think of the bonus when I deposit over the weekend, just want to play the "new" games.

I think you need to wager 500 (50x10) just in the bonus account (the one with 'b' at the end of your account no.) - then you'll be able to transfer what's left there to your real account, though to be honest the minimum of 50 credits needed to transfer makes it a bit of an uphill struggle (you'll have to beat the odds!).

On the sign-up with a much higher bonus it's not a problem.

I am MORE confused now. What's this? You mean I have another account, seperate from my real account, called bonus account? Besides, my account is "start" with r , not "ending with r". So I tried what you said here and it's not working and they didn't give me the bonus account "number" and "passwords", either. I didn't want to cashin the bonus. I just want to play and have fun!!!

It looks like if you forget the whole existence of the bonus account and
just play with your real money account, then you can have all the fun
since you claimed that this is what you want. Why jump up and down
and got all excited about that account that you don't care much about
and in fact has caused you some grief.

It's all clear out now. I email them last night and explain my confusion. This morning I check my account after my coffee. They reset the bonus account and clear out for me. CASE CLOSED!!!

You are right. But free money is free money and why not enjoy it. And I do have a very excited personality and can go either way

Now that you understand, want to explain to the rest of us. As I understand you first wager out of your bonus account and must have $50 to transfer to the real account. Is that how it works. And then you can wager your real account and the bonus money X times to cash out?

Can you just refuse the bonus like Fortune Lounge?

Of course you can refuse any bonus. The Bonus account is totally DIFFERENT from the Real account. They have 2 different account number. My real account is rccfXXXXX and my bonus account is bccfxxxxx. If you are "old" customer, you need to email them and ASK them to set it up. The new customer will be set up automatically.

You login with your Bonus account and wager via this account. 10 times and you should be able to transfer to "real" account if the blance is over $50. It will show you how much wager left when you play....

The Real account is totally independant from Bonus account. I "THINK" you will still get some kind of bonus (with relates wager requirement) if you are new customer. However, I don't know.

You have to know one thing. English is my second language and I misunderstand stuff like this sometimes. The CS didn't realize I have no clue about the 2 different accounts when they reply my email......

Well, my withdrawal was under "work in progress" since 4/26. I fax my documents and confirm my email via Neteller already. After 2-3 emails, I finally got a response about they will process it tomorrow.

I think this bonus system is great idea as casinomeister said. However, it's my fault via all the confusion at first place. But I am not too impress with this withdrawal this time. Let's see how it go tomorrow.
