cant play mg games on ipad at any casino

i can't find any info other than clear cache etc...and cookies for this problem which doesn't work.

i cannot play any mg games on my ipad no matter where i play...whether its at videoslots, guts, rizk, or any mg only casino.

it says...unable to load game error.

when i am on a mg casino....ie platinum play or lucky nuggett....if i turn on my vpn and set to canada...the games will load normally...

has anyone encountered this problem...i rarely play on my pc...i'm glued to my ipad on most days...ive been playing at videoslots and rizk...but i miss the old mg 9 liners...

When I played on my ipad, I always used Safari as a browser rather than mobile versions and hadnt any problems. Perhaps give that a go?

It inevitably goes to the mobile version no matter what I type in

Constantly have this issue too Stevie, I did put a post up a little while ago on the VS slots thread I think it was since the errors are so random for me, but pretty much any site I play is a guessing game which MG slots will load. Do you get the popup box with authentication errors/code 119 and to contact support for help? Whenever I chat to help, they just say clear cookies etc and reload.. Hasn't solved the issue for good and for all games so far. Nowadays I just stick to the ones I know load, or hope the ones I try don't stuff up

What browser are you using? I get an error message when I try to open Microgaming games in Chrome, but when I use Safari everything works just fine.

Yes I get error msg..and no nothing helps except playing with VPN on. I can't play any MG games on my iPad. None.
