Goldbetting does not offer phone or live support. You must email them. My first few emails were returned as undeliverable. Eventually one got through and was not returned. The support rep gave me an incorrect answer, so I asked a follow up question. No response and not returned. The same event occurred several times. I tried contacting a different Wager21 casino, hoping they could answer my questions. Again my emails were returned as undeliverable.
Does anyone have a Wager21 contact or a phone number? I see there is one on the forum, but he hasn't logged in since August, so I don't have high expectations about him seeing my PM.
What I am trying to find out is:
"When opening the cashier page, there is a list of balance information -- Balance, Included Bonus, and Hot Bonus. When I first started playing there was another stat below this indicating how much I had left to wager. It was on the order of $4,900. This stat disappeared after I played baccarat. That is understandable as baccarat does not count towards wagering requirements (rules imply it is allowed, just doesn't count towards wagering). But before I play again, I would like to get an explanation for this disappearance of the amount left to wager stat and confirm that if I do wager the remaining total, I will still receive the bonus."
