Question Can you vouch for Vegas Partner Lounge?

I know they are accredited, and highly rated (8.3) with manual flushing possible, which is a massive plus in my mind. But my security keeps warning me their pages are "dangerous" and I shouldn't visit them.
I'm given the option to "visit the page anyway, despite the risk?" and it's really annoying me :(
I got a phone call earlier from a VPL rep, and was offered a nice bonus if I joined up with another of their casinos (I'm a member of 777Dragon, but get warnings when I visit their page and/or click on a link within the page).
Is it just my security being over protective, or giving false positives?

fwiw the security software is "Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security"
 
Never had any issues, played with them for years, installed and uninstalled hundreds of times, false positive for sure, and they still flush upon request.:thumbsup:
 
just a week ago i got an email from 777dragon/crazy vegas. i got a 20 euro free chip at crazy vegas. (in the past deposited at 777dragon, but not a lot). i didnt read any terms etc, since i thought i would bust out in a matter of minutes anyway.
after e few hours i looked at my balance/bonus, and to my surprise my balance was clear from wagering. i decided to try to withdraw 200 euro. and what happened...? nothing! i was asked to send in my docs, 24 hours later account was verified, 24 hours after that, the money hit my skrill account! i was pretty damn amazed by this.

yesterday made a withdraw again, (6x deposit) and that can hit my account anytime now.

so my experience with them is 100% GREAT!

I have accounts at all 9, solid as a rock. Only 24-hour pending cashout but can be flushed.
2 disadvantages - no weekend cashouts, but done first thing Monday AM. Also very few bonuses after the SUBs have been used.

But I like them, and on 2 of the 9 casinos I also had an antivirus warning, but just ignore it. There are probably scam e-mails and sites that have close or similar names to the legitimate VPL casinos.

I'd say they are up with the best, not quite in 32red/dash/GL/PP class but well worth a go.:)

Made a £150 deposit at 2pm after chatting to Amanda, who told me my 100% deposit would be credited within 20 mins to 1 hour. Still not there so I can't play yet :(
Well, I could, but I don't like to start playing before the bonus is credited. Live chat said their system is a bit slow at the minute, and to maybe give it another 20 minutes...

On the plus side, I've spoken to 3 different CS reps and all speak (and type!) perfect English so there's no issue there at all. Just want to get playing! :D
 
imo they give me a hell of a lot more play time for my money then those casino's

I can only agree with you there, that's why I play them. At risk of another badge on my recently-awarded tinfoil hat, it seems funny that the casinos with the tightest bonuses often give you longer playtime. Having said that, I did leave GL 850 up, Dash a couple hundred down, PP 450 up but 32Red 2500 down. If it wasn't for my 2250 hit on BDBA at 32Red (gold bars/wild on freepsins) it would've been a lot worse.

Right, I didn't mention that. This delay only occurs on the FIRST SUB at VPL places, a delay of 1-5 hours.. Once that's done, if any subsequent bonuses (like 2nd./3rd. deposit) are due, they are instant. I remember at one, I was impatient, played my cash only, made a decent profit and cashed out after 3 1/2 hours. As a result I forfeited my 100% match first-deposit bonus, which then meant I didn't get the 2nd. and 3rd, deposit ones either because they are activated by the first. Also, you bonus is turned to cash in 10% increments as playthru is met so you can cash out at any time; you simply forfeit any remaining bonus funds. You can only join 2 casinos in the VPL group in any week and get SUB's. At least, that used to be in their T&C's.

A word of advice - submit your docs. They won't necessarily ask for them on first cashout if like you you are in the UK, and especially if you use Neteller/Skrill. I submitted them anyway, and they are good for ALL VPL sites at once.
 
oh and fyi... if you have a withdrawel past pending point and you want a piece of that wd back in your acc, without delaying the wd... just did it and doubled my money again hehehehe

I have seen a few false positives, but provided you reach the site in a secure manner (as opposed to clicking a link in an email), you can be reasonably certain you have ended up at the genuine casino website, rather than some fake where the download could be a trojan instead of the advertised software. The links from the accredited section can be considered trustworthy in this respect.

Underlying my ISP provided security software is Trend Micro, and I had trouble getting a couple of MGS casinos past it due to false positives.

Have used them for years and they are fine. Also Fortune Lounge (Vegas palms etc) are old, accreditted and great with some good bonuses and incentives.

People can get a bit carried away with the hype over 32Red. They are fine but personally I've had a better 'Microgaming experience' pound for pound from VPL, Fortune Lounge and Jackpot Factory over the years.
 
I only have one gripe with this group of casinos and unfortunatly its a major one (for me anyway). This group seems incapable of holding onto your documents :mad:

Besides the fact that they are the only MG casino(s) I play at which even asks for documents to begin with the fact they can receive them time and time again yet still ask for them on a withdrawal makes me worry somewhat. I`m a member and have been for some time at a few of their brands, (some time being 5 years or so).

My place of residence has not changed, neither has any of my personal details, yet they still insist on me sending in documents which they have already had on countless occasions just to facilitate the withdrawal of what is in frankness a very small amount. I remember now why I Stopped playing at Vegas Partner Lounge casinos. So as sour grapes as this sounds, VPL rep if your reading this, this will be the last time these documents are submitted as I will be taking my withdrawal and will never be depositing again. My play these days is primarily confined to 32Red, Dash and Allslots for exactly these reasons as submitting documents makes my teeth itch.

To be honest it makes one wonder whats happened to all the documents previously submitted to this group as they seem to have a very cavalier attitude to customer security.

In my view if I submit private and highly confidential documents such as passport scans and credit card scans to a company then I expect those documents to be well looked after. Apparently however that isnt the case at VPL brands :what: Over the years I have submitted documents to Maple casino, Sun Vegas and what was at the time of joining CasinoUS. I then stopped playing for a year or so before depositing, getting lucky and cashing out. Whoa surprise, they have none of my documents on file. Sorry guys but this group gets the thumbs down from me.
 
made a 5x buy in wd yesterday, but cancelled 25 euro (1/5) played wd, played wd, now i have proof that a partial cancellation can lead to more succes... initial 25 deposit turned into 300!

VPL FTW!!!
 
One thing you should be aware with this group. You are able to get SUB only on one of their casinos.
Even if they send you promotional email directly from the casino "you have wellcome bonus waiting". That does not mean you are eligable for that bonus.

I got direct email from crazy vegas about wellcome offer available, so deposited but didnt get bonus (because had redeemed it on some of their other casinos).

The funny thing is, about few months after this I got the same email again about wellcome bonus available. (Had forgotten about the earlier issue).

Deposited again and no bonus. This time reason was, that I had dublicate account at Crazy vegas and had allready redeemed the wellcome offer (which I had not redeemed, allthough I had made deposit to that account few months ago because of that promo email).
After I had lost my deposit, pop up showed up "get a 50% bonus on your second deposit". That is when I tilted :D.



Side note.

I personally think it is ridicilous that one can create several accounts with the EXACT same details to MGS casinos.

I've had the same issue. I was bored (as usual) and didn't want to deposit much when I came across their welcome bonus offer at 777Dragon deposit $5 get $10 free. Sounded good to me ;) Soon after I found out I was only eligible for one bonus within their group of casinos however to this day I am still being sent welcome bonus offer emails from them that I'm not eligible for! :rolleyes:

Weird. I have accounts at all 9 of their sites, and had bonuses on them all. There IS a term whereby you can only take 2 SUBs in any 1 week if you join their different sites, leastways there was last year. I went on chat on each one I joined, and asked them to check bonus eligibility after pointing out I had accounts at other VPL's and they were fine. The only thing is AFTER you play for a while there are no more bonuses of any type. I have been playing at all their sites this year, and I actually got so fed up with no bonus offers that I went on chat last night before depositing, pointing out my bigg(ish) overall spend with VPL and the fact I'm playing all 9, and requested them to look in to a bonus of some description. They asked me what I was depositing, and after saying 45 quid I was offered 50 free spins on Kathmandu, at 1p per line (9-line slot) which I accepted and won a tenner with. But NO deposit bonuses going it seems. Mind you I deposited 100 overall and cashed 250 out so not bad.:D

That is odd. In my case I created two accounts on the same casino and it did not auto-detected that.

I usually allso ask if the bonuses are available, but in that case I thought it would not be necessary as I got the email directly from them :(.
