Why don't they check who you are before you make a depoist,
They only ask win you win. Why not ask win u lose or make a depoist.
If i am useing neteller and i depoist 100 and make 2100 do you need to see my id, but if i lose the 100 you would not ask for it.

If they can find excuse to not pay you, why not? It will contribute to their bottomline at your expense.

1. They don't care whether you are real or not, if you lose as they have already got what they want. If you win, that's the other story, they have to protect themselves.

2. If they ask ID before making deposit, they will lost business to their competitors which requires no id check.

3. As there are more losers than winners, their workload is greatly reduced by only checking for winners id.

4. From a player's perspective, many players also don't want to hand out their id before making deposit.
