Mixed opinion from me
I played a while back with a very good sign up bonus, when i had nearly completed the wagering they added a small $30 " VIP " bonus with 99 x wagering on slots only, as i was ready to withdraw over $500 i was not impressed!
Having said that after a two day wait and a couple of emails they did remove it and i cashed out okay ( 5 days )
I think there have been a couple of issues, but considering the extremely juicy sign up bonus they had back then ( $640 cashable on a $200 deposit ) i would of expected alot more complaints if they were a true bad apple.

I've got an ongoing issue with them. There signup has a list of excluded games which doesnt include video poker. I met wagering and now they claim it's slots only, despite the fact that I had live help confirm that video poker, slots and pai gow were all allowed games. They're currently ignoring my emails and live help wont budge.

Im not trying to start any trouble or get you mad by any means, but I was only allowed to play regular slots. Video poker or table games werent allowed for me. Maybe we had different bonuses though. I havnt been able to play since the ban. Im kind of miffed because I like that spin 2 million game and Im in PA and it is legal in my state

they're weird! i signed up ~4 months ago looking for the aforementioned 200+640 bonus, but they didn't have it and were having trouble communicating in english! so i didn't deposit at the time. later, i went there in search of the 100+320 bonus, but found it was only available on the third deposit, with crummier offers for the first and second deposits.

so, looking to get these first crummy bonuses out of the way, i depo'ed 20 dollars for the first bonus (25%), and expecting to start with 25, i see that my balance is 60 dollars. i talk to live chat, hey i put in 20 and got 40 of bonus on my first deposit. csr says oh sorry sir and puts in another 60 to put me up to 120. i say huh? he says we emailed you this offer. it is for 20x b+d but not on roulette,craps,baccarat,war,bj,etc. i said vp ok? they say yes but doubles don't contribute. i ask if my next deposit will be for the second deposit bonus shown on the site, and they say we'll email you an offer after you complete this one.

so i go ahead and play, heck 500% bonus is not bad at all! cash out 70 dollars or so, not a bad score. i have sporadically went and asked live chat if i can get any bonus there and they just tell me to wait for an email (when i never actually received the offer they said they sent me on my first deposit). so i sit tight. the other day i decided to check back again and found 7 dollars in my account. played pontoon and busted within 5 minutes, reaching a high of 25. anyway, since that was on no deposit, i'm sure i still have to wait for another offer.

but i wonder if they will just randomly credit me with a bunch of bonus if i throw in another twenty. just be very clear with the bonus terms before you play, get an email of the chat session or a screenshot of the website t&c just to cover your ass. and have fun. it's playtech so the games are fast and the selection is good. not a top quality place (see the cm vote for poorly named casino) but still fair and not crooked. just a little sketchy re the bonus terms so once again be very clear what you're getting into.

the responses to this thread have been about many different bonus offers, and it seems some were being surprised at the excluded games etc. the gripes seem to be minor and no one is getting royally screwed by them. but i imagine they would be hard to deal with if something were to occur. though they have live chat, the csr's are sometimes in poor command of english, and most email responses are automated as well as heavy with errors. so, i would not be 100% confident playing here, but i'd rather play here than some places.

hi cyprus, I'm a uk player who signed up last week. My reading was that video poker was allowed from the terms, I also double checked with support too and have screen shots of them confirming it is an allowed game.
