Hello, I'm new to the website. I really wish I would have found it sooner. Anyway, I know that Atlantic Lounge is closing the doors on March 31st. I've had a cash out approved since January 14th. My e-mails keep coming back undelivered, to the owner, customer support and player security. I've sent them at least 20 times. The phone number is not in service either. I've been told by live support that the casino is closing and that RealTime Gaming, the software company that the casino uses will pay the cash outs to the customers. Well now, I can't find any information on Realtime Gaming either. The web page has been stripped down to bare bones, and nobody has responded to the e-mail that I sent to the address that was on the website. I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas, or has had any success in withdrawing their money.
