Say I had deposited X - amount at a casino over the space of a week, and I wasn't happy with the play I recieved,

Would it be unreasonable to ask CS to check my RTP to see where I'm at?

I have seen others do this at 32red (not the casino in question)

But I did ask another microgaming casino and they tell me this isnt possible, and everything is down to luck,

Just wanted to be clear on the situation :)

It's very possible. I've asked at many casinos live help for my RTP and the have gave me an answer no problem. That includes MG and Netent casinos. Scary stuff sometimes. Found out my RTP at 32Red was in 60's ahaha.

I don't see how it would be unreasonable to say you werent happy however if you arent a high roller i doubt they would do anything other than say something like "maybe your luck will change soon"

Well at this certain casino I am a low roller

I have deposited £120 over 7 days

CAshed out nothing, which Im not too fussed about.

I'm just annoyed at how quick my deposits have gone,

Exactly the same as me. I play the smallest bets unless im using a bonus (which i only use to increase playtime) and my deposits go too quickly. Ask live help if they can tell you you RTP and if its below what you are happy with you can always try asking for a free chip as a "Good will gesture". Not sure if it will work ive never asked for any freebies.

You could also try some o0f the older slots like Osbournes or Hitman. They usually give some good playtime and maybe an occasional decent hit. Bit boring by todays games standards but todays games dont seem to pay at all unless your willing to pump endless amounts of cash into them.

Yeah the new Fleece game is living up to its name for some players ha! 600+ spins in the end for me at 25c and 2 bonus rounds and I think max win was 5 euro something...

At the very least they can send you your play logs, once you have those it's pretty easy to work out the RTP by plugging them into Excel.

If you get your logs off them I'm happy to help with that.

Any casino that can't/won't send you your logs is seriously shady.

What was the casino?

I was told after a lengthy discussion with another CS operator to e-mail the accounts manager, which I did do.

I now regard the problem as solved, I am happy with the outcome.

I shall not name the casino. The manager assured me that it was not common practice for them to mislead players and the CS operator who had misled me had been spoken to.

I just wanted to make sure it was possible for them to supply my individual RTP before going any further, so once again Casinomeister comes up trumps :)

Many thanks for the offer Chop.

Thanks again guys

Its not unreasonable to ask for your RTP but if you had first expressed your dissatisfaction at your results support may be confused and state everything is down to luck.

I've been having some luck at Lucky Red Casino and Inetbet :) Scored two hundered dollar wins from both casinos  They were both able to tell me my RTP percentage, so I think it's generally down to the software.

I did have a weird experience at Onbling casino though. They couldn't answer the question and according to the supervisor I was the first ever customer to ask. That was a bit confusing because other RTG casinos have been able to tell me. Onbling hasnt been around for long so it could be chalked up to lack of experience on live help's part. I was thinking since two RTG casinos could tell me the answer shouldnt Onbling be able to tell me? Can RTG tell an operator the players RTP percentage?

They can't all tell you you're RTP, Maxino couldnt tell me.

They can if they want too.

No not all that long, but the group they belong to has or at the very least the people behind them and I can guarantee you they would know what your looking for, they are using the "Running an online casino for dummies" book though so it may explain it.

Not even the supervisor at Onbling could answer. Sounds about right :) I hope they have enough copies for the entire staff
