California Casino - Deposited $1k over a year ago, they wont pay $992

I've been emailing back and forth, and have waited this out way longer then I should have. California casino, isn't paying me a long overdue cashout.

4/21/2004 I deposited $1,000 into California's online casino.
4/19/2005 (a year later) I decided to cashout $992 for a $8 loss.

I've emailed them back and forth countless times.

Here's their response every time:

I've sent over four emails to this owner, and I guess so has support. Now, how come my $992 is still pending? Who leaves sole cashout decision to a single person! What if they die, or are dead? My money is now their assets?

I know this Bailey site operator is on vacation, but maybe someone like Jetset can help me out? I have no idea what to do. I thought California's online casino was a Boss Media = reliable. Now I don't know!

Sorry to hear about your problems with California Casino. I had a similar problem with them a few months ago. They only owed me like $200 and didnt pay for quite a while (2 months or so). I placed a rather firm phone call to there support at 1 866 699 2437 and the money was in my neteller account in 24 hours. I would give this a try.

Also, they are Futurebet, although I believe they once were Boss.
