Caddell group keeps taking my money despite self-exclusion from other sites

Title self-explanatory. I find I am able to open and deposit (and in most cases verify) accounts across the Caddell Casino group. I've sent the group a message to see if they can blanket self-exclude me from the group, and to see if they can refund my deposits made after my first self-exclusion (I have never cashed out at this group).

Does anyone know how this will go? I just want to stop gambling and this has cost me money I cannot afford. :(

No need for the aggression mate. I know the chances of refund are slim to none just mainly after the blanket ban and just wanted to see if anyone here had any experience in this issue.

Sometimes people are at the end of their tether with gambling addiction and it wouldn't hurt to at least be polite :)

Think they have to return your deposits if you’re from U.K. and self excluded. If not you can report them to the UKGC

No need suchfun, no need at all

Drop Caddell management an email explaining your situation in full, keep it accurate and polite, you never know they may reach a middle ground compromise.

(get contact details from their live support)

How is asking for a blanket ban a scam? Only mention deposits after self exclusion because they shouldn't really be taking them especially after verification etc. But i don't really expect it back and that's not what it's really about.

Couldn't find anything beyond white hat gaming "leave a message" type thing. Left a message there do you think that'd suffice?

Absolute nonsense. Their security checks are obviously good enough to pick up this kind of thing the likelihood he would never walk away a winner anyway. They should have a better understanding of responsible gambling rules if they can’t return the guys deposits

It’s comments like Suchfun’s that put new people off posting on here asking advice. Sorry but that’s the way some people will see it

Do you think for one minute that a addict would just keep making acc after acc on same platform? or would he make other accs at the 9 billion other sites, seen these types of threads over and over it gets old

I think it’s a real possibility that an addict would do that! In fact an addict would do practically anything to get a fix. It’s the nature of addiction. The probability is that an addict would of self excluded from every casino operator and is trying their luck opening new accounts with a same group their excluded from. It’s how the addicted mind works

He is a newbie to the forum. Is giving him the benefit of the doubt and a polite response so hard to do? I hope you don't have to join a new forum one day and be met with the same response, I see it as rude and obnoxious - enough said.

Little Bemused how this happened. With a bit of knowledge how things work at this group any self accounts within the group pings up on there system should a attempt to sign up/play/deposit etc on any of there brands. The group may have its downfalls when it comes to Withdrawal times etc but they aint no cowboys. If the OP has all is account addressed the same/used the same name and not VPN then the system blocks them.

I dont know about in NZ but in the uk all accounts there are checked against the Electoral roll. Soft credit check so to speak

    I agree
I agree but the op has admitted gambling problems and as such sounds that they need help. They are asking about blanket bans on platforms that clearly is not happening with all operaters.
