i pm'ed a couple online members but no one wrote me back. basically i just want to know how to use click2pay. i have an account and everything, i registered my visa and sent in the required documents, but in the window to fund my account it only gives information on how to bank wire money to them. so how do i use the visa to put money in there? so of course i thought maybe it just accesses my credit card and takes the money when i actually go in the casino and use the c2p option, like paypal does if it's not pre-funded. but i tried that and no dice. so how do you make a payment via c2p? do you need to pre-load it ahead of time, and again, if so then how?

That's how it should work, with a 3% charge imposed by C2P. If it does not work, you should try to find out where and why it failed.

It should work like you said in the second example. That is how it works for me. I deposit in the casino using C2P and it then goes and pulls from my CC. Maybe you CC doesnt like C2P. I am unsure of how to wire money to C2P. Their customer service is horible IMO. I do know you can western union and moneygram ECOCARD money and it usually only takes a few hours or a few days depending on when you deposit.

    Registering Credit Card with Click2pay

It tried to use my credit card with click2pay before they stopped eft to bank, it didn't work. The Bank issuing the Visa denied it.

This is probably the problem you are having.

that blows. in the casino where i tried it (a playtech), i had to enter the PAN number as well as the amount and the email address for it, and all that happened was it said the transaction had been denied. i am glad i am at least not a moron. i did provide c2p with all the id scans etc and they confirmed receipt. in the very beginning when i used my credit card for gambling, it sometimes would not work, but since neteller shut i have pretty much been using c/c for all my transactions, and have had no problems funding and withdrawing with it for many months now.

now that i've won at a couple that pay in 10-14 days to c/c i want to circumvent this by going back and depositing via c2p or moneybookers to get faster cashouts. but i keep putting off sticking money in bookers because it takes time and because i have not really the funds to do so, because i would want more to load it up fully so i can use it to play. but i have to wait for cashouts before i have money to play, so it's quite the conundrum. thanks for your help though guys. i don't know what could be the issue, i guess they must just not like the look of c2p. they do seem sketchy, what with the dead phone lines and poor response times, but they must be okay since there's no public outcry and many places accept it, and obviously none of that concerns the bank or c/c company.

If you can link a bank account to c2p, they don't charge you a fee for funding. That's what I do. I think my "credit limit" is $700 before deny transactions until the funds arrive.

    let's see.

Account -> Fund -> Fund by check (ACH)
    Create a bank account tab
    Switch to EFT/Direct Debit.
Enter in bank info (also, email it to me)

You may have to "activate" the account. To be honest I tried, but I haven't done this. It may involve waiting for trial deposits to post to your bank. It also might be broken.

Anyway, once that's set up, you should theoretically be able to use that to pre-fund c2p as an e-wallet.

Then, go to Account -> Payment Methods.

It will show your different methods (CC, EFT), and which one is default. I don't know of a way to change the default. You'd probably have to email c2p and let them change in in 3-4 days.

If the ability to setup a bank/eft is not there, then I blame Canada.

I have a fully activated c2p account that was linked to my bank, they took the withdrawal tab away months ago and then all my funding efforts were denied. I used them for over a year. I emailed them to close my account. no reply. I could email them that there building was on fire and I doubt they would read it. There customer service is the worst and I would never, EVER, reccommend using them.

yea their customer no-service is horrible. I use C2P for deposits only and withdraw to my ecocard.
