Just want to inform you that the case is solved. Bwin re-opened my account today without giving an explanation though. They sent me an e-mail saying my account is available again and sorry for the inconveniences, so case solved

My other account is "luisalbukerke" yes. Whats the problem? I thought it would be good to create an account at casinomeister with the same ID I used in Bwin Casino. Thats all. Dont try to protect bwin when they dont deserve it. They just closed my account without giving a reason and then they re-open it without any reason again. Thats weird. At the same time they remove Casinomeister bonus. They did pay my winnings though...

I'm not sure why you wouldn't have posted under that alias then Emanuel? You created it on the day you posted your complaint, but used this account?

The problem with multiple forum accounts is that it sends up red flags that there may also be multiple casino accounts from the same computer. As a rule, multiple accounts on the forum are a no no.

I didnt post with that account as a check procedure was been taken before I could post anything, and I didnt want to wait and end up using this account. As you can see I didnt even make one single post with my 2nd account. I only have one Bwin account I repeat. Thank you.

Try reading the Forum Rules:

1.9 - Do not register an account fraudulently. Fraudulent accounts are defined as accounts created specifically to flame others (hiding behind a mask of anonymity), or accounts opened primarily to spam the board or to act as shills. Do not register more than one account in the forum. Additional accounts will be deemed as bogus, and you may find yourself out on the sidewalk lying on your back staring at the stars. If you share a computer with another member (boyfriend, girlfriend, pet goldfish...), please let us know so that we won't suspect you of being dodgy.

You might also want to have a look at the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ which you apparently did not read either. It's made very clear in the FAQ that posting about your PAB issue on the forums will usually kill your PAB. For that and a variety of other reasons your PAB has been discarded.

Funny how you immediately assume that I'm going to jump to the casino's defense. I couldn't care less about that right now - what I care about is the integrity of the forum.

Red flag: I just found it interesting that "Nitro" accused you of gnoming - without really knowing as much as we do here. Unless of course he knows you from elsewhere So that got me to take interest in this.

Your Luisalburkerke account shows a birthdate as 1 January 1945. You're retired and your first name is Luis (thus the user name and email address). This account was opened on 25 January this year.

But your other account, which was opened a few weeks earlier shows your birthdate in October 1985. You're a student who works as a "bagger"(?). Your name is Emanuel. But in your PAB it's Luis.

I'm sorry that our forum rules have inconvenienced you. But I'm sure there are other forums that will welcome you with open arms. We do not condone or accept bogus accounts.
