So they gave me a 35.00 free chip in Buzzluck. I hadn't playe din awhile due to their changing of withdrawal options. I just kept hitting till I hit the MINOR JACKPOT.......Messaging them to ask the terms and conditions of this because it has NEVER happened to me there. THe minor Jackpot is over 1700.00 and I had already won like $700....now doing playthrough. But for some reason casinomeister not uploading the photos keeps giving me error.

Check the memory size of your screenshot. It needs to be saved as a JPEG to make sure it's not too big.
(I personally always shrink shots to 680x480 pixels as well, just to be sure they will upload)

Buzzluck of course, are now firmly in the ROGUE PIT along with the rest of the Club World Group.
I wouldn't like to predict if you will ever get paid this win... :(

Buzzluck is part of CWC group. I thought they were no longer trustworthy.

No, it's even worse than people imagine. They'd dig their own grandmothers up to nick the rings off their fingers.
 
Getting a FIRM answer out of them was difficult even in live chat about the free chip. I hit the jackpot got up to 4k so I messaged them directly in live chat and email and was told that a free chip would only cash out max of 350.00 everything else would be wiped. BUT then they corrected that and said the free chip was based upon my prior deposits which have different terms and conditions better than just the free chip and would only have to do the 20x playthrough. Which I had completed. Either way I am ahead, I just want to know for a fact from them the amount of money I can actually cash out.

I will make another post of why ive been gone so long.

But thanks for the heads up about CWG. It explains a conversation I had with them. I told them I was going to message Karolina on here directly and she said "Karolina is no longer with us", I said "well that makes me even more unhappy with your casino" rep said "Karolina was here a long time, she just wanted to do something different". I think Karolina was also unhappy with where CWG was going and hit the road. And YES I have the transcript of that entire chat.

That is not the case at all - she walked after a hostile take-over took CWC from Accredited to Rogue before you could say WTF...?

There is a big thread about it here somewhere. I don't know where, but hope you can find it, or someone else will...

I figured as much that something seriously went down because Karolina was a huge figure on here and a player advocate. She was fair and wise. I miss her. I will post the chat thread.

Because of everything going on I have now caught up on 17 pages of new posts and I'm reviewing the CWG issue posts and the private message from Karolina which I will not post on here. I have done a cashout request of 1k my winnings. I played down from 5k down to about 1565.00 just because they still would not give me a straight answer on the terms and conditions but kept beating around the bush and never answering the question. I screen shot it. left 265.00 in the account and will update you all on what happens. after of which of course I'm following Karolina cause fair is fair and I only want to play at honest casinos.

Still cannot upload screenshots, not sure what is going on. Get some error message that I have exceeded my Quota etc with 16kb or something but my actual screenshot is 50kb.

I am trying PNG and JPG with less than 100Kb and nothing. Maybe is a forum error, everyone will soon realise they cannot upload.

Also, this casino group has gone rogue is a serious way. You shouldn't be playing there - there is no telling what they are up to.

And yes, Karolina left for more than what they have led you to believe. But then, Buzzluck's support can only say what they are allowed to say. I feel sorry for anybody still working there.

Thanks KK ya I wasn't sure if I should use paint to edit the personal info but I wanted it to be out there and honest without any editing on my part so they couldn't say "HEY that chat never happened....And I had to play down my winnings lol but I kept winning so still had to playdown more. THis was before I found out what had transpired and got all the info. I have since played down to ZERO well like .36 cents and have the withdrawal pending.

Buzzluck paid jackpot minus terms

So just wanted to give everyone a heads up that CWG MAY be trying to improve their rep. The check from my winnings arrived today via Fed ex courier. This was three days after withedrawal request. The check is for 349.99 which was on a 35.00 free chip. THey removed most of the winnings 1400.00 due to terms and conditions of free chip. Which I totally understand because it is part of the terms and conditions. I will update meister minions page.

No I would not have. Because it was a free 35.00 chip. Therefore per the terms and conditions, which I finally got a straight answer on from Julie after it got escalated by Dan when I messaged him directly on here even she said none of the customer service reps answer my question correctly. On a free chip the max cash out is 10x the amount of the free chip. Any other balance is removed. Therefore I had to play it down otherwise I would have lost all that. And the check arrived today for $349.99 this was three days after withdrawal request. The terms and conditions on these are very clear....

Thanks KK, ya it was very confusing to me to. I couldn't get a straight answer out of anyone till Julie messaged me after Dan escalated my question from the email I sent from here. I had a feeling it was only going to be 10x the free chip but to get a straight answer I would have preferred going to the dentist to have a root canal. Was good to see I was right, I would rather lose 1400.00 and just play through than lose 5k. But happy to get 350.00 free from a free chip. Anyone else notice though that you only seem to hit the jackpots when they give you free chips????hmmmmmmmm
