    Does anyone have any experiences to share with this casino ? I have been a member here for at least three years. In the beginning it was okay, deposited quite a bit mostly losing then a couple of small cashouts. Immediately after a small cashout I was suddenly bonus banned from using any coupons even though I was still way behind overall. I decided to continue playing here without bonuses as they are from a reputable group. After many more losing sessions I requested to have my account reviewed to maybe have my bonuses reinstated and was told no last December.
    I continued playing with only a couple small cashouts in the last year losing way more than winning,and last month requested to have my account reviewed again ,only to be told no bonuses for me again.
    My last three deposits have been once a month for $50 as they have irked me. These three sessions have all been the exact same. deposit, bet one cent a line ,lose every bet, no bonus rounds first month,deposit gone in twenty minutes, last month no bonus rounds deposit gone in twenty minutes,this month one bonus round with a small win, deposit gone in twenty minutes.
    Also in the last two sessions they have sprung a new one on me. I go to play a game and it doesn't load then gives me a " MACHINE has failed to load cannot be played at this time,please contact support" message. WTF ! These are not machines Buzzluck it is online software. I should be able to play any game I choose,not just the ones you would like me to play.
    I have been a member here since 2004 and never flame a casino as I'm a big boy and know gambling is gambling but this Buzzluck is one aggravating casino. Am I the only one that this is happening to or do they treat all customers the same ?

    It is not common for a casino to lift the bonus restrictions they have previously imposed.
    Do you have an account with any of the other casinos from Club World Group:

    Last time I checked they did not have any restrictions for multiple accounts (one per casino of course). May be you can open another account and this time use bonuses wisely (e.g. not claim them on every deposit).

    Regarding your questions about bad luck and software failure: oh, well. Luck tends to change, software tends to fail sometimes. There is not much you can do. And as you are in the US you do not have many casinos to choose from.

    I think all these casinos know their time in the US is very limited and they don't really have any reason to try to go out of their way to please their customers.

    This whole 'bonus banning' business is downright disgusting in my book. Sure, it's free money and they are not obliged to give anybody anything but the way they try to make you feel like you are taking advantage of them is sickening.

    Right now US players don't have many good options and they know this.

    The only recourse is to stop giving them your hard earned money and after a while when you start getting e-mails asking why you haven't been playing in a while let 'em have it.

    I have played at Buzzluck off an on for quite a long time. In fact I just hit my first ever RJ with them this weekend. I find them to be on par with any other RTG casino as far as winning is concerned.
    I never take a bonus at RTG. I find that the games do give a good payout every once in a while but not too often. If I get a good hit, I don't want to be tied to any wagering because I can almost guarantee that these games will suck you dry after that.
    I want to immediately cash out when I get a decent win on these games.

    Are you asking the right person about the bonus ban? Some times it's not how but who you ask. PM Karolina if you have not already. She may be able to have a better look at your account than someone else.

    I was recently bonus banned as well as Buzzluck, (even though they wouldn't come right out and say it).  So after many years with the CWC group I closed my account with them.  I know I am not entitled to bonuses, but what makes my business any less worthy than anyone else.  I had a spending limit of $800 a month and spent that every month there.  Guess they didn't like my money.  Took that money and am spending it elsewhere now.  Their loss.

    I'm not the biggest fan of Buzzluck or the associated CWC casinos. The whole feel of them just doesn't do it for me and it's disappointing to read some things being said about them in here. Maybe my gripe stems from when I was trying access free play versions of their slots and found it very difficult! All this talk about bonus banning is very unsettling and has put me off them even more.

    I've played a lot at Buzzluck back in the days, even won once a progressive of 6800$, they paid without any problems, but since that win i'm bonus restricted and do not get more than 35% bonuses. Asked several times. And to play RTG or NuWorks without a bonus is just way too crazy for me, as this is the hardest piece of software for me to win.... I would say their customer support is very basic but professional. Definitely you don't have to worry about being paid, but it can take a while.
