Anyone seen anything like this LOL.......Must say that is one crazy promotion to offer.
I am sad I haven't got more I can deposit with. As I would had tried this with max possible.
But do not understand how they can offer this? As for what I can see its a 100% win win situation for the player.
In reality I could just had been depositing max possible twice for each day. Try my luck and withdraw every time I had lost the bonus only...

But this is a very nice offer and I am very thankful to CWC they have really changed and doing some nice promotions now. Like the freebies they give with only 2x wagering. The same with Cashback bonuses promotions which are awesome.

I just wanted to hear from you guys if any of you have received this offer and what you think about it???

But must say I am quite frustrated with Buzz Luck. They don't have withdrawals at weekends. Despite I had win Friday. The withdrawal still sitting in my account. Several emails to support. Finally got answer after more than 24 hours... Not impressed with this.
But good news is last night oh well lets have a go with the withdrawal and reversed it. 100$, after playing the nice slots called ancient wonders. I hit big wins. And have now got 500$ put for withdrawal. So at least something nice happens sometimes. Never reverse....say what?? :rolleyes: :lolup:

I received an "Olympic" promo in my snail mail last week. It was for $50 with a wagering of 2x and a

max cash-out of 10x. I had no problem making wagering. I managed to get my balance up to around

$430 and figured I had better take the money and run(07/24/2012). Max cash-out being $500, I

wasn't going to go for it. Everything was going quite well, plenty of e-mails from support regarding verification stuff.

Even an e-mail wanting me to verify I am still using the same bank as in 2009, which was yes.

I thought everything was on target. Friday a.m.(07/27/2012) first thing, I received an e-mail saying my withdrawal

had been declined. No explanation. I went back into the casino software and re-requested my withdrawal and called

the toll-free #. She says it was because they did NOT receive the latest e-mail about bank

verification. Funny, they received all the other e-mails just fine. I explained to her that it is still the

same bank. She says, it should all be ok now.

In the mean time, my withdrawal has had to start all over............ and is once again, sitting in the cashier.

What they fail to realize is: Since they can't seem to get their i's dotted and t's crossed, they lost out on deposits

from me across their entire casino group for the weekend. I do not deposit when I have doubts

about getting paid. I, instead, take my money to other sites and play there until things are rectified.

Yes the bonuses are great, if you like them. But, just be careful. For instance, the cash-back bonus, it

may have only a 2x wagering, but, it also has a 10x max cashout as well. At least that is what I have

read about them in the casino software t & c's.

So what do you call a bonus which you can NEVER cash-out, but which is NOT lost when you do cash out? :p
That is what I call "Sticky" because it sticks in your account.

A "Phantom" bonus is called that because they give it to you, then take it away again later - so you might as well not have it in the first place!
(I know that's not strictly true, before anyone starts!)

In fact, it just delays the whole process for everyone (including yourself.....imagine if other players before you are doing the same.....it just means it takes longer than it should to get to your original email). I'm not having a go.....just sharing my experience. Personally, I wait 24 hours for email replies, especially on weekends, which i think is reasonable. If its really that life threatening, they have live chat and phone support.

Hi yes you are right Nifty thanks first of all for info about phantom bonuses.
I feel it is bad they do not state in emails or in visible terms that bonus given is phantom and not cashable.

But at least that put's some lights on that it's not a give away hehe.
It is still a very nice offer from CWC IMHO.

You are very right about emails. I know I am just used to responds within max couple of hours from the best casinos out there. Not to mention 32Red :p . But yes I can apologize to CWC for being impatience lot of the time.

To be honest here in regards to 24 hour wait and several emails, It leads back to their Cashback promotion Thursday night. They promised to credit cash backs next day or within 24 hours sending email. Which they did not.
But to defend them I did get nice answer Saturday night that they would credit my account with a free bonus for the inconvenience. The problem meantime was I made that withdrawal friday which is now stuck in system :D

Questions I sent in regards to the promotion have not been answered, but glad you could Nifty as I could not find anywhere about they are phantom. And that changes a lot. :thumbsup:

yes all the bonus in CWC are phantom, but, this with extremly low WR is sthill being good because you can complete the WR very easily

The promotion I mentioned is actually NO wagering at all. 0.01 x is nothing. So its like getting a "free phantom" bonus attached to your deposit.
It is actually the same as what Gold Club Casino offers. On monday deposit 50 get 100 free play with 150. I just didn't catch the offer from Buzz Luck like that.....:oops: But yes it is good. As it gives you a higher balance. And you can make higher bets on slots. So if I am right the best way to use Buzz Luck promotion I posted is to deposit max and get 400$ bonus. Or am I wrong here. I am not the big math geek sorry :p

I have never heard them called phantom bonuses, but, yes, they are the same as what I refer to as "sticky".

Once you are done, if, you have a withdrawal, the bonus amount is removed from your withdrawal balance

and you get the rest.

PaaskeDKnowUK, I am happy to see you got paid. I, being in the States, am still waiting. I checked the cashier

first thing this morning and, sure enough, there it sits. Toll free number said this morning, it will most likely get

sent to processing tomorrow (07/31/2012). Original request (07/24/2012).
