butlersbingo cancelled withdrawal

"Unfortuantely The Butler is unable to process your withdrawal to your account as you have not used it for a while."

I asked to be more specific, they never replied.

There is nothing in their T&c saying how often the moneybookers wallet or any other method should be used.

Last time i used my moneybookers wallet at butlersbingo was 5 months ago.
Never used other payment method.

Is this normal?

For security reasons if the Moneybookers account has not been used for 6 months and the client have not been active in this period, we need to get the account re-verified.

I asked what was the next step.

I know that by depositing a small amount that it will reactivate the account but let me see if there is an easier way... I will check and revert back.

News flash:

Butlersbingo team did their best and finally processed my withdrawal successfully although i haven't used my Moneybookers wallet for 6 months.
So a big thank you for Butlersbingo.
However, their system is not set to process withdrawals to Moneybookers if you haven't used your e-wallet within 6 months period.
