butlers bingo ID verification problems

    so basically to cut a long story short i won some money on butlers bingo but was asked to provide ID which i done so and was accepted immediately, however i was then asked to provide proof of address which i sent across. i was told to wait 48 hours for it to be reviewed. over 2 weeks later im still waiting. ive gone on live chat and emailed them hundreds of times each time im told its in a queue to be reviewed and to wait 48 hours or theres a backlog and sorry for the delay.
    i went on trust pilot and saw a lot of people had suffered the same problem and it appears they dont want to pay out.
    can any one help me please as i really do need the money i have won

    I had the same problem with Butlers (have been a member for years with them, won and lost a lot with them over the years,only this time had won £350 not a big amount, but had to verify docs with them to get this money to my bank account, had various tries as verifying, took around two weeks all told, and played through the money i had won won some more then lost some as it goes, in the end got around £200 to withdraw, my own fault for carrying on playing), i have not had any problems since mainly because had no cash to play with, still like this site to play on though

    i have £449 that im waiting on and its been over 2 weeks and they havent even bothered to review the second document (proof of address) and their live suppory blatently dont care and end the chat prematurely.

    i mean apart from the fact that getting my money is like getting blood from a stone their site was pretty good and a good selection of games. but the validating and processing side is a major area of concern and frustration as i have a big event planned that i need the money for next week.

    if any one has any contacts id greatly appreciate it

    No contacts from here. They once was accredited and had a great rep, but when he stopped working there they refused to deal with any complaints.
    They are stalling your cashout that's for sure. If and when you get it I suggest you choose an accredited casino instead. There are so many with the exact same games and who pay within 24 hours.

    oh right so they arent accredited, what exactly does that mean? they are legit right ? and they are and its frustrating i mean they hardly ever reply to emails i have to daily message them on live chat numerous times in the hope that by some miracle something gets done.

    You can of course turn to their ADR which is eCogra, but be aware that they will not be able to help to get the money for next week though. How fast they are working I don't know. I know though that the casino won't reply on any forums...if they haven't changed their minds about that but I doubt it.

    You should definately not give up. Sorry, I forgot to say that :)
    Keep on bothering them in chat and with emails. Just stay polite and I do believe you will get paid.

    Make sure you don't put yourself in this situation again. Next casino you can even ask them to verify you early so you already have that done.

    all i can say is if any one reads this who hasnt been on this site before, dont bother! i repeat you may never get your winnings and when you do you may be waiting a very long long time

    Hello to a fellow "Wulfrunian" :p

    Hope you get paid, Hate to read of these delay / no pay stories.

    For what it's worth, I USED to play at Butlers and associated 'sister' sites and always got paid in full. Yes they have strange (for want of a much better word) policies such as they only process on a Monday, only one withdrawal a week BUT they did pay in the end.

    As has been mentioned far better places to play and maybe this group has changed terms etc but keep at em and learn from this (hopefully not costly) mistake :thumbsup:

    haha hello there and thanks its so frustrating not being able to recieve my money or to even have my documents looked at. i know i wont be on their site again thats for sure. and it appears i have this issue a few months too late to be able to get any help. it feels like they just dont care and that my money will never come its disappointing

    It means this: Accredited Casino Standards at Casinomeister. Butlers Bingo is listed in the Grey Zone here. Butlers Bingo Review. It means that they may be alright, but they are not agreeing to our standards at the moment.

    Right now the only caveat we have are the limited monthly withdrawals.

    Didn't Max also post a warning about them not being willing to discuss complaints? Wasn't that the reason they were removed?...and no rep.

    For what it's worth I've had no issues- had a few 100 quid chips off them as well.

    Withdrawn over 1k and it was processed in 30 oddhours-if you are a VIP they allow as many withdrawals a week as you want- only think is that it gets processed at 6am a minimum of 24 hours after you request it

    So hopefully you should get verified/paid quickly. Bit poor that still waiting

    And though they changed it recently their bonus was good- you could go into the bonus money but if you won again you could withdraw i(less the bonus money)t- which I think is pretty good.

    i was a big fan of the butlers for a long long time but as they had no interest in staying on the accredited list here

    i haven't been back i simply dont play at none accredited,

    if its any consolation i always got paid with a bit of stalling and time wastein on there part,
