I play around at a lot of different casinos and some have things I like and some have things I don't like.

Things I like are of course the normal things like fast payouts, good support with chat and Phone. Clear layout and easy to find games with filters like Videoslots, BV etc. I prefer games in a pop-up instead of embedded so i can still navigate the site while the game is playing, especially on a site with a sportsbook so I can bet in running on the football while still spinning.

Things I don't like are not having the above, Inetbet for lack of phone and chat, sites with 24hour pending times etc.

Probably my worst site for design is bet365 for the way it re-arranges the games every time I launch a game (this is what made me ask), it just makes it annoying trying to find a game you have already played as it is not where it was. And not having fun play to test new games.

If you were building your own online Casino what features would you put in and what would you definitely leave out? Do you need to see latest winners? do you like achievements? do you like Loyalty points? Are tournaments needed? etc.

Lets see what you would all like and maybe someone will give us it :)

I don't mind seeing winners, I'd prefer to see the x stake wins if I could , a x1000 win at 0.30p is just as impressive if not more than simply seeing a large sum of money, but I guess for the masses big money wins work.

And with that, an option hide them, sometimes I don't want too see whos winning:p

Various filters for software providers that aren't simply limited to whether the games are provided by micro gaming via Quickfire, it's really frustrating when you find 1 game by a certain company and then can't filter by that specific brand to find what else is on offer.

id like the better game history functionality on all web based desktop casinos that's on par with a download mg casino or better.

thats all I can think of right now :p

Thanks Wild reels,

I agree on the X stake for the winners as it gives a realistic figure that actually means something. and a good game history would be nice but with multi suppliers it would have to depend on how each supplier formats it I would think.
