WARNING Buck & Butler stalling payments, refuses to discuss player complaints

A player recently brought a case to us where they had not been paid in over a month and all queries were given the same response: "we are doing the best we can".

We contacted the casino making it clear that the player had been unable to resolve their issue with the casino directly and so we were contacting the casino on the player's behalf. They replied:
Please be advised that we can not discuss our customers account with a 3rd party. Our live chat is available 24/7, 365 days a year so she can easily get in contact with us through the chat or she can send us an email and we will assist her accordingly.

I offered to have the player submit a Letter Of Authorization specifically asking them to to discuss the case details with us. Again their reply:
We are unfortunately not able to proceed with this matter in any way as the person in question needs to contact us him/herself. I apologize for the inconvenience of this.

FTR we have since seen two more complaints against Buck & Butler come through, both of the same basic nature: payments not being made, no idea when payments will be available.

Given this escalating issue with no apparent resolutions available the following applies:
