BTG Slots - SG Interactive Warning - Please Read.

You really don't know me at all do you, so likewise your post holds little if any merit

Time served? - 2003 ok? - I'm as clued up as Dunover, trust me!

Sometimes I don't need a massive sample to know when I'm been mugged off either

nutcase? - occasionally, but generally No! (thanks for that btw)

I have gambled long enough in general (28 years) to know when something is amiss or "not quite right"

The BTG games are not quite right, something (I'll avoid rigged) is unfair, not me alone either way to many others have commented, moaned, experienced etc etc etc

Remember also when you see my comments in these sort of threads, I've never started ANY of them, merely agreed (sometimes) with the OP's

Guess we'll have to agree to disagree and leave it there as I'm too intelligent to get involved in a slanging or nit picking situation but I shall still be sat here when that day comes and that can of worms (regarding dodgy slots) is well and truly opened.

I also promise to one and all I shall not make one single "I told you so" post

Indeed more playing experience than me as I never played an online slot until 2009

lol after reading how long players have played online maybe I need to change what i think.

Been playing online even longer than Jon's 15 years and gambled in bookies since i was 15.

But I always remember how bad sessions were even 15 years ago and I believe most slots still play as fair as they did back then tho obviously a lot higher variance these days. Still get good sessions and bad and not many days over the years I've not gambled at all.

But since I still never hit it big maybe time I started agreeing and saying it's all RIGGED:p

Security at BTG have made a brief statement explaining a response was temporarily delayed this morning after an unfortunate accident moments after the CEO was informed of yet another thread. The laptop, which caught oh fire and began disassembling itself likley due to the extreme hot weather conditions had to be quickly extinguished in the toilet.

I have not received anything of note so here is my original post - i would urge people to review their play;

"
This has gone to Mr Green today but applies i would imagine across the spectrum of BTG slot provider sites. (From my play on William Hill before ALL games were pulled i imagine this is not Green specific)

Far from sour grapes at a poor streak - this seems to be an endemic problem hence WH's actions.

I wont be alone in noticing this;

Dear Mr Green,

I would like to start by saying how much I have enjoyed using your site and others to play BTG slots for a significant period of time. Their RTP has been stable and whilst their slots are higher end of volatility they are normally regularly compensating.

Approximately two weeks ago their hosting platform moved to SG interactive. This has culminated in a site wide drop in RTP across all games pretty much rock bottom. I have never seen such a dramatic change in years of playing slots.

Your website refuses to give me my RTP stats for Extra Chilli and Danger High Voltage – stating you have to approach the operator for these figures when they are available at the click of a button on similar casino sites. I have now been waiting for over a week for this information and the RTP has continued to be dreadful for this period of time. This is poor customer service and highlights a need to hide the fact that there is such a problem.

This issue with BTG slots has not gone un-noticed and indeed ALL BTG slots have been pulled from the William Hill website – I am assume to protect their customers while this issue is resolved.

I would suggest that similar action is taken on your site and I will await to hear how to wish to proceed in terms of once this is identified how yourselves/BTG wish to compensate players of these slots that have had similar experiences in the last two week.

I would appreciate an initial response to this in the next twenty four hours prior to this being escalated. This letter will be issued as an open document on all large casino forums at the end of today to warn players of these slots and the site until this matter is resolved. I do not want other unsuspecting people to fall foul of this."

I truly sympathise with your experience and hope you get a positive outcome to your complaint but I fear that BTG toilet picture could depict the response you'll get from the casino.

I have been hounding Slotsmillion for this the past week. Total refusal to provide it but they can provide for Reactoonz

Seriously I really don't know what people are talking about the RTP on BTG is fine maybe people are just on a bad luck run and can't accept that sometimes you lose.

I don't want people telling casinos to take games away that are working fine I am on a good run and see nothing wrong with BTG games and don't see why people should write to casinos telling them to remove them.

If you are on a bad run or your rtp is low move onto another game or have a break stop trying to stop other people's fun by asking for BTG games to be removed.

Happens every time some small thing changes with a popular slot, just look at when DoA was swapped to Html5. Someone has a bad run and instead of accepting they lost they think something has changed.

The message sent to Mr Green is nothing short of blackmailing.

Their games have been in a state of disrepair for days now, one look around the threads should tell you that all is not right, glitchy graphics, bonus rounds that don't load correctly etc, so you never know from one day to the next how their games are going to be put out.

All the while these are expensive games that people are losing real money on in droves, BTG don't update or clarify their position ever and leave most in the dark.

So whilst you may be having a holly jolly time on their games, bear in mind hundreds of others aren't, and it is definitely a serious issue that needs addressing.

The stuff going on with their slots is hardly a small thing. Missing multipliers etc. On some sites it looks shambolic. If it was a car it’d have been recalled.

I have seen none of these issues except one day when the graphics played up, far enough if Donuts is not doing the bonus round correctly that is different but graphics do not affect a result.

Asking for them to be removed to everyone is not on not all of us are having these issues if they are affecting others then don't play them until they are resolved for each individual or change casino until the one you are playing at is fixed.

I have my headphones in every day when at work listening to streamers play and all of them say that DHV has def been nuked. Havent really heard much about anything else cause no one seems to be streaming btg anymore.

Well all Mr BTG does on this forum is promote their shambolic slots and do some competitions in between.
Maybe it is time for him to discuss some of these very serious issues ongoing and enlighten us, the players that fill his fat wallet.
Unfortunately I never caught him answering the really important questions from players really.

I will hold of playing them for now until all this has been explained by BTG and fixed.
I have seen and read enough.
