Well, I woke up to continue my Lil Devil grind and BTG has blocked Canadians again, this time through the Relax gaming loaded games.

This is so beyond frustrating and honestly makes zero sense at all - there is no big shiny new online casino coming to OLG especially when half the province is going to be losing it's jobs due to COVID-19.

Any chance you can help out your loyal Canadian players with an answer as to why @Big Time Gaming ?

I love BTG slots and play them a lot - this really is depressing.

@L&L-Jan I should ask Relax Gaming?

No the casino you are playing at.

So basically BTG goes same route as Evolution, but help me out how your country works again:)

Quebec is regulated, Ontario is not, right?

So where game providers want to provide their services in the regulated area, the games are not available. Games in areas that are not regulated, games are available.

ON is regulated under the OLG in that we have a provincial casino (PlayOLG)

Quebec, BC and Ontario have provincial online casinos. Quebec and BC are far ahead of Ontario. Ontario only offers IGT, bally and a few SG. For that reason those games are blocked for us on regular casino sites.

BtG has been trying to get into the Ontario market for awhile. There are very few people playing at the provincial casino as it looks like it was designed by a 15 year old using Windows95.
There is no money to be made for BTG within that casino, the only play I think they could be going for would be to try to get into the B&M casinos.

The timing of the “block” really makes no sense as all government are working on trying to stop the spread of COVID19, not worrying about adding BTG to the 30 games they currently offer at their casino.

Asking each casino would get nowhere as the games load and display a message saying country not allowed.

As far as BTG is concerned in Quebec we only have Bonanza, Queen of Riches an Lil' Devil. Nothing to write home about.

Regulated or not... I thought that loto quebec had an exclusivity deal with providers like igt and btg so we could still play a game like bonanza if the provider was relax gaming. Since when they can link ownership of a game to a provider and block it?

Blocking evolution games in quebec is so dumb. The 3 live games loto quebec offers are multi lingual bs games that nobody ever played.Weird black dude spinning the roulette wheel like there is no tommorow talking german french and spanish at the same time. I want my dream catcher back you .......

Why are any games blocked for people in Saskatchewan, Alberta for example. We have no connection to any online casinos so I find that unfair. Why do they lump all of Canada as one rule. All games should be available to SK ! Maybe no one else plays from this province but me, lol.

instead of asking btg, ask the operator :)
Hi Jan. how come you don't offer BTG games to canadians, I see three games but they don't load.

How come you don't offer blueprint, red tiger, thunderkick or yggdrasil to canadians, yet I can play them at most other big operators? Our governments are all split up and mostly uneducated, so I wouldn't worry about recriminations.

I have blacklisted all playngo slots for a while now. Balance eaters with no remorse. BTW I find it absurd how operators can order slots at different rtp%. If I had a chalkboard I could show people how big a difference 94% and 96% are after time.

IP blocks, same for Evolution, one can play the other cant. Red tiger and Yggdrasil we don't offer. Thunderkick and Blueprint are through SG and SG has canada as restricted. You can play Play n Go though :)
