Just make your case together and address complaint about their breach in self-exclusion processes and get it reviewed by authorities. Be very specific what exactly happened in detail, in which order and add these all interactions with company to support it and their actions should be investigated.

I think you are right. The best option is to wait on what the UKGC says. Court can be costly and lengthy. There is no guarantee that the UKGC will order a casino to pay back deposits. But they have on each and every instance that I have read up on. They are either to blame or I am to blame. I don't think the blame can be shared here!

Would first see if UKGC do anything, as you said, going to cort is not cheap and risk free (no any idea even to which court to go with kind of claim in UK), UKGC at least not cost anything and you have all your interactions in order now where whole conversation between you and casino can be clearly seen.

As said earlier, wouldn't in ever take that kind of decision what casino made with you (when talking about UK players and UKGC), getting one or some players back with their reasoning that no RG included is something i would count very high risk and asked Source of Brains from person behind of decision to take a chance get fined hard (UKGC don't usually provide small ones) and only possible benefit would be some incoming deposits (as they clearly stated that possible winnings would have been paid to you).

They did pay me out when I requested a withdrawal. There was one withdrawal and then several deposits, but at the time of withdrawing, my deposits outweighed the withdrawals by a lot!
