tried this new UK licensed casino the evening.

Pretty poor experience. Layout is very confusing. Microgaming is under 'slots' and Netent under 'games. Takes a while to find what you want.

Advertises Microgaming yet none of them would load due to 'country restrictions'. Netent games kept crashing.

SUB has a wacking 70 * bonus WR for first deposit.

No live chat or phone, although emails were answered reasonably quickly (but they had no idea why the Microgaming slots were not available in the UK).

Overall not great. Wouldn't play there again.

Oh yeah! Netent Slots are reviewed at Casinomeister - to include their associated casinos! Woo woo!

Breakout Gaming is part of the Breakout Gaming Group, owned and operated by Breakout Playa Limitada, a Costa Rica registered company.

First alarm bell.

Players residing in the following countries may not open an account at Breakout Gaming: Afganistan, Antigua & Barbuda, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Libya, Macau, Mynamar, Netherlands, N. Korea, Philippenes, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Spain, Sudan,, Syria, Turkey, UK, USA. Note that this list is subject to change without prior notice.

Second alarm bell - the OP's moniker states the UK - you should not be allowed to sign-up, they have NO UKGC or MGA license, only that rogue Cup-o-cocoa sub-license.

Withdrawals may take up to 3 working days to be reviewed and approved. Once the withdrawal is approved, it will take between 2 – 8 business days to be processed.

Third Alarm Bell. Fack orf!! - up to 3 days just to LOOK at your w/d then 2 more days to process it!!

Any withdrawal amounting to more than £/€/$1,000 variance may be split via credit/debit and bank wire e.g. player deposits £100 and wishes to withdraw £1,400, £100 (original deposit amount) will be withdrawn to credit/debit card and £1,300 via bank wire. Should this occur, there will be a £35 fee as per standard bank wire charges.

Fourth Alarm Bell - yeah, right!

More shit:

Breakout Gaming will implement additional verification procedures for any payout that exceeds the equivalent of £250 and reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of lower payouts.:eek::eek:

You know that their parent company is Radon B.V. operating some rather shady casino and betting sites under a Curacao license. They operate in the UK as White Label under the Pariplay UK license.

I would stay away, faaaar away! :D

And when you click on the anyway useless Curacao license on their other site: breakoutgaming (dot) com. you get this:

Those T&C you've quoted, have absolutely nothing to do with Breakout Casino. They're using the standard Pariplay T&C

They're listed on Nicola's site as a newly licensed UKGC casino

I tested them out on Saturday night and made a withdrawal yesterday morning and all appears to have gone through. Unlikely to hit my Barclays account until Tuesday at the earliest.

I don't normally test new casinos at weekends as it is unfair on those that close Friday night and don't deal with e-mails and withdrawals until Monday but was surprised that both withdrawal and CS test mail was dealt with promptly on a Sunday.

The licence issue is complicated, and one that I will address in the morning with a colleague. My main concern is that one of the shared licences (Bet321) is rogued here after one of the directors of the company was seeking money on a public forum. Brought this up with Bryan a while back.

Microgaming restriction reminds me of the Codeta debacle. In the end, the gaming platform provider needed to press a button to enable the UK IP radius server to allow traffic.

Nothing to do with Breakout casino? Then why are they appearing in their terms from a UK IP? So the site clearly hasn't got the correct terms in their info for a start, nor have they put the UKGC link/logo at the bottom. So what is anybody supposed to think?

This shows the danger we are in from dodgy White Label outfits and the sub-letting of legitimate licenses. Another classic example is Joreels and their highly dodgy associations with Affpower people, now legitimized under the MT Secure license.

The White Label business and license system is ripe for Trojan Horse kind of operations, can let some right dubious people get under the radar.

I'm surprised given the lack of UK License info on the page Nicola promoted them, especially with whom they are associated. I'd still avoid them. This lot seem as dodgy as a Barrymore sleepover.

I don't know what site you're looking at But the UKGC logo and links are present at the bottom of the home page.

Cheers, I picked the wrong one of the two, amended. The UKGC logo wasn't visible when I looked, nor was a number quoted yesterday so it's either been sorted correctly now or for some reason the page footer wasn't loading but yes it matches the info on the ukgc site now.

It seems they may be good to go for promoting then, if UKGC licensed. Another thing, this is weird, when I checked yesterday I could see Endorphina slots visible from the UK, which still don't have a UKGC license - can you confirm that you cans see them or not?

UK license or not, why would anyone support or promote a casino that is part of the Radon group who have shafted 100's if not 1,000's of players.

Talk of a wolf in a sheep skin, it will always be a wolf.

Personally, I wouldn't give them a 100's of a cent, let alone a dollar.

If that's the case I'll wait until I hear more before considering promoting. I usually take a UKGC license as endorsement of a casino and there shouldn't be any issues, but if this lot are remotely dodgy then I'll hang fire.

P.S. Actually the horrific w/d timescales are enough reason on their own, regardless of UKGC status.

Couldn't find any links with other casinos or brands on the licence today. It's just a skin running the same gaming platform and sharing the licence number for UK players. Very similar set-up to how EveryMatrix do things, but on a less grand scale. Microgaming issue still exists and will likely to continue to do so until someone higher up at the casino chases it up with their provider.

The timescales shown in the terms and conditions are up to and not a definite time. Similar wording exists at many casinos, even those accredited here.

Will post the data in the minions section once it hits the bank.

Really? I never knew that. :p I must've missed that in all my years playing and on here.

If you recheck the w/d wording it clearly is different to many casinos in that it states 'processing time' as opposed to most terms which simply state "We aim to process your withdrawal in 24-48 hours but please allow for the time taken by the chosen payment method...." then they list for example: Wire 7-10 days, Debit or Credit Card 2-5 days, Neteller 24 hours and so-on.

The clear interpretation of their wording Withdrawals may take up to 3 working days to be reviewed and approved. Once the withdrawal is approved, it will take between 2 – 8 business days to be processed. is that it could be up to 3 working days (5 days if weekend then!) before they even REVIEW the withdrawal. It will then take 2-8 days for them to PROCESS it. Remember 'processed' is a term that is usually used for the reference of the end user, i.e. the player, hence when we see the word we know the casino's processor has completed their end of the transaction and now the wait is down to the payment method's timescale.

Perhaps if they reworded the terms in the manner I have shown in the first paragraph then any doubt would be removed, as that is how 'most casinos' tend to describe it.

I'm not saying their payment to you will prove to be tardy, but with term as it stands they certainly have plenty of leeway to be.

On the UK site they of course don't mention Radon B.V., google to see the sheer amount of complaints about their sites.

Now compare the two site logos, I'll eat my last shirt if Radon is not involved and that should be reason enough not to promote them.

Radon site operated under Curacao license:

RADON BV do own this casino and operate it. I've checked this out. Breakout Gaming is wholly owned by RADON BV and provides Breakout Casino and this is a classic case of rogue Cup-o-cocoa operators using the White Label Trojan horse to get to take UK players. I would avoid this casino at all costs. Do NOT promote them; trouble will follow especially if somebody wins more than a k or two there.

Positive Experiece

I Registered with Breakout Gaming Casino when they first opened round about eight months ago when they offered a 10$ free for new registrations , I figured I would take up the offer as they offered Ecopayz with a low minimum deposit level of just a 1$ , So to cut a long story short I managed to wager the bonus making a 70$ profit , sent through my KYC documents and four hours later they were approved , made my 1$ deposit and 45 minuets later the winnings was in ecopayz , So my experience with the casino was a very pleasant one and I have since then made two more deposits but dont play there anymore because of their site often not being fully secured or encrypted but all in all from my point of view they a fine casino

Just in case anyone is of any doubt about the ownership still

From GWPA

Thank you for your enquiry. Breakout has two different websites. The sportsbook which includes horseracing can be found on xxwww.breakoutgaming.com; this site holds a Curacao license; so, unfortunately, the UK is restricted.

Our new website xxwww.breakoutcasino.com is casino games only and holds a UKGC license.

So far, I have no complaints about Breakout. Withdrawals are very quick (data is in the minions section) and barely a week goes by without personal contact from their relationship manager.

Hopefully they send a rep over here, as over on GWPA they have a whole team posting.

Hello everyone,

I'd like to come back to an old post about Breakout being owned by a rogue operator Radon BV. Please note that Radon BV was only the provider of the gaming license we used to operate under, and at no time did that company own any part of Breakout Gaming. We now work under our own gaming license issued to our company Breakout Group BV in Curacao and manage all financial transactions under our Malta company Breakout Management Limited.

I hope this clears up any concerns, and don't hesitate to get in touch with any other queries.

Thanks, Mandy
