I don't believe that's a fair statement. There are good and bad casinos from every software group (yes, even Microgaming).

Brandy is the only Playtech casino using these ridiculous marketing tactics.

No one threatened my kneecaps. Playtech and I merely disagree on the role that a software provider has in policing their operators. And they feel that they are not obligated to provide answers to questions that concern player issues. I thought I made that clear here:
