I've lost track now, is 7200 20x or 25x?

Hi JPM;

I dont know what's going on with these people but they certainly are not good at keeping their stories straight. This is a copy of the email that I finally did get back from them just before the wager window was changed from $1-$250 to $5-$250:

Hello Bruce,

I apologize for inconvenience, unfortunately from past couple of days we are experiencing problems with our EPBX. If one phone is busy we can not take next call and could not get it fixed during week ends. It will be fixed tomorrow morning.

You have wagered as of now $4690 and in order to be eligible for cash out you need to wager a total of $7200.

If you have any additional question, please do not hesitate to write to support@coolcatcasino.com or contact us on live chat.

Kind Regards,
Kim

If you think you were confused before JPM just wait for page 3 or is it 4. According to Rossanne $7,200.00 is 20x's. But now hold everything because now we've got Julie Burton the casino manager weighing in on this with her higher degree of calculus as per the following:

"Dear Bruce,

My sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced while playing at Cool Cat Casino. I have taken the liberty of returning your deposit - as the wagering requirements for cashing out were only $5,000, per the original email you received - and while trying to complete the amount of $7,200 indicated by my Support team, you ended up zeroing out.

Rest assured that the Terms and Conditions offered to a player when they make their deposit are always honored, regardless of subsequent changes in rules. If there is anything else I can do for you - a special bonus offer, for example, just let me know.

Warm regards,
Julie Burton

I'm telling you JPM this one is a train wreck looking for a place to happen.

Well that is a first! I've never heard of a casino doing that before. I can't imagine that you're unhappy with this outcome. :what:

It does seem that there is a bit of confusion over there after the change in terms, but it does seem like they are doing whatever they can to work it out. I can think of some MG casinos that could take a lesson from them!

Hi JPM, I just like to know what I'm dealing with going in to a session of blackjack rather than getting three and four different stories about the WR's substantially after the fact. I plan my sessions of blackjack in accordance with the WR's and I can assure you that my plan would have been entirely different facing $5,000.00 in WR's rather than $7,200.00 in WR's.

Lastly, at the point that COOL CAT switched up the wager window from $1-$250 to $5-$250 I had already accomplished $4,690.00 of what should have been $5,000.00 in WR's rather than $7,200.00 in WR's and I was plus $840.00 on the books so I guess you could say I'm not at all happy with getting my original $200.00 back in my Neteller account.

I didn't have a very positive with CoolCat before. I fax them my ID and asked withdrawal 2 time and were denied in 1 day. There is no email notice on why... I finally went on live chat and was told they didn't get the documents. So I sent it again and the withdrawal was processed at 7th day...

However, it's just my personal experience. I won't go there anymore.
