BoyleSports winnings gone missing

    Hi everyone, I won £122.40 from BoyleSports and I made the withdrawal on the 5th of July and it was successfully processed on the 7th July. The 5 working days past and the funds never reached my account, I was advised to phone my bank but they have told me they where never sent any funds. BoyleSports keep fobbing me off and I'm now stuck what to do and with no winnings

    Can anyone please help me out

    That seems a bit long now to be honest..
    The funds should have reached your bank by now..

    Maybe you can ask Boyle Sports for a PoP (Proof of Payment) or something.

    Their office is actually like on the same estate that I work in and my brother in law works there as an IT technician.
    Might ask him if there is any issues ongoing there with payments.

    I don't play with them anymore myself,used to have an account years ago and got paid every time I requested a withdrawal.
    Closed it then as I just had too many active casino accounts. :)

    Hi,

    I'm sorry but I am not prepared to wait even longer for my winnings. I have gave BoyleSports the chance by waiting the required 3-5 days, I have even sent in 2 sets of bank statements to show that my winnings had not been paid in. I have also contacted my bank upon BoyleSports request to make sure it wasn't a problem at their end. I've phoned, I've love chatted and I have got no further forward. I've also googled this and noticed it's not the first time it's happened to a customer of yours.

    So as of tomorrow I am placing a sanction against BoyleSports to the small claims court in Glasgow. I hoped we could avoid this but it's clear to me that BoyleSports have no idea how to treat their customers properly.
