Boylesports games software issue - Atlantic City Blackjack Gold series

    Guys,

    Has anyone else experienced a software issue like this on blackjack before? With a balance of 370, i placed a 20 bet leaving me with 350, i held on 18 and the dealer bust, my winnings of 40 were placed on the bottom right of the screen and my balance of 350 went to 0! I reloaded the game and my balance remained 350 with the 40 on the other side of the table. I checked the stats and the last hand shows a debit of 20 but no credit of 40.

    Live chat has escalated this but i have never seen this before and was wondering if anyone else has? Pretty frustrating as i don't want to continue whilst this is being looked into! The screenshot is after i reloaded the game hoping the game to correctly update my balance but the 40 went nowhere and i played no further hands.

    Can't comment on the above specific game, but i honestly have not ever had a trouble-free experience of their site. Their promos in particular result in constant game lags and cut-outs due to what i assume is due to high traffic, which live help dismiss as there not being any problems.

    A few times, I have had incomplete spins which i paid for but no refund or anything given. When i complain to customer services, they either make things up or 'get back to me' in which they never do.

    The other day I got an email to say I am now banned from all promotions. Why? Because I have never had a good playing experience? For such a big company, their website and customer services are ridiculously amateurish.

    Their white-label sites are just as bad. I signed upto apollo bet a while back to avail of their new customer 'risk free' £10. I was fobbed off by first of all being told i was an existing customer (i was not) so not eligible for bonus. Then after several persistent emails (due to principle at this point, not the money!), i was told i was right but cannot credit adjustments/bonuses. This went on for a month until thy finally gave in!

    Always confused to whether they do it on purpose to credit less deserved bonuses or actually that badly run.
