I received an e-mail from Boylegames regarding tomorrows Double the Love 200% Bonus. I play the Netent slot there often, and have been using Boyle in general for years. Great Service, almost instant payment.

They only ever offer mediocre bonuses, and endless leaderboard promotions that wouldn't interest me in a million years. This current one sure was a surprise.

All you have to do is stake £/€50 and will give you £/€100 games bonus to play your favourite NetEnt slots!

However found this buried in the general terms -

Any monies won are subject to x40 wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus money is added to the players account as real money and can therefore be withdrawn.
The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus (until wagering requirements are met) is £/€2 per spin and 40p/c per bet line.

Cash funds withdrawal after wagering requirements are met is capped at £/$200.

4000 playthrough, withdrawal capped at a comedic 200. Imagine not reading that and hitting a x3000 stake on Dead or Alive.

I rarely complain, but these terms seem really shitty for a Casino of Boyles class.

Cheers!

So it`s a free chip with 2x max cashout. What I find stupid is the low max bet, we`re talking about at least two hours of wagering, hoping not to win big  maybe some low variance slot on autoplay, but where`s the fun in that? When Ladbrokes can come up with two surprise 100% deposit bonuses in a month and PaddyPower is dropping some change into my account once in a while, Boyle needs to do better than that.

Still a good bonus.

Just play really low stakes on one of the lower variance slots like blood suckers. Leave it on auto play if thats allowed and do something else for a day or two...

Hi Mclee321,

I'm sorry you feel this isn't a great bonus and I can see how it looks but I will explain why this was done.

Right now at Boyles you get a Free €5 welcome no deposit bonus with a €100 max cash out, so 20x your bonus amount. I know we are not the only accredited Casino to use this term.

However on this promotion if you enter the code before you play the €5 and manage to wager the €5 NDP x10 to €50 you then get a further €100 bonus and you are still no deposit here. I do realise you have to run lucky to get this, but it is achievable with one or two nice spins from the €5. The €200 max withdrawal was put in to protect from that scenario, whilst still giving you up to €200 NO DEPOSIT winnings!

However, if you deposit I can see an issue here. If any player deposits and takes the €100 bonus, and after wagering wants to cash out more than €200 then please PM me before asking to withdraw. We are not in any way looking to be tight here, if anything I believe the bonus amounts (up to €105 no deposit) are generous.

If or when we run a similar promotion again the terms will be amended to along the lines of "€200 max win from no deposit bonuses".

Thank you for the feedback and this will be acted on.

Thanks for the explanation Keith, I was just wary of regular depositing members getting caught out.

No problem Mclee123, that is my job!

Looking at the bonus now, it is generous but not very clearly worded or structured and terms should have been separated between depositing and no deposit players. The next one will be far clearer I assure you.

Thank you for making us aware of this! :)

Have a great weekend :)
