Box24 seems ok

I've had a couple cashouts from them (free chip/bonus/nonbonus) and it takes a couple days to Ewallet.

The only initial issue was that on the free chip offer I had to make a small deposit (think it was $25). Took about 7 days to process because the rep told me they wait between 7-10 days to make sure funds cleared from Ewallet. I thought the merchants were paid instantly? When I asked the Ewallet rep how quickly the merchants were paid, she implied instantly. Not sure what the issue was but it doesn't matter now.
