i always have to wait nearly one hour to get my money, which i've made a deposit with moneybookers!

also the same in blackdiamonds casino, it's only in YOUR both casinos, so please don't tell me always that it's on moneybookers side, because on every another (rival) casino it works fine!

I have this problem with moneybookers deposits aswell, on both blackdiamond and box24. which makes me choose to not deposit.

And the higher vip i have become the less bonus offers there is =)

Like I said in that previous message, it would be nice to hear more details about this virtual software you accuse me using. If it is real issue. It would be nice to know if I have some software installed (knowingly or some spyware and etc.) that could cause confiscating your winnings.

Ok, still haven't got any explanation what software caused this. But I did some research and checked my installed programs, and found 2 that may fit that "virtual software" description. Other one is

These are both widely used and popular softwares, and I don't see any reason why you would confiscate my winnings because of these two.

So just a heads-up, if anyone has these software installed, casinos can close your account and confiscate your winnings based on this term:

We would never confiscate any winnings generated from a real deposit. Not only would it be damaging to our reputation, but it would be completely unethical.

Your case is the first time we have heard of this - however, the clause in the Terms and Conditions is there to counter situations like so.
