Cashed out $160 on 7/6, played with no bonus, chatted a couple times, and am now told they are backlogged with payouts. Requested accounting to contact me to get a promise payment date. Deposited and cashed out using EWalletExpress.

Anyone waiting for payments from them?

Rival casinos never cease to amaze me. Box 24 has always been quick in payments, usually within 48 hours. As it stands, it's been a week for you now whereas I was paid yesterday on a withdrawal initiated at Vegas Regal on Sunday and that was off a free chip too.

Was this to an ewallet?

This just firms up the idea that they only send payments out once a week, imo.

Hi all4greed

You were informed incorrectly by a member of our support team and I apologize for this error. I am presuming this is your first withdrawal request and as a new player we have the following term relating to withdrawals via ewalletxpress on our website.

"Withdrawal requests to eWalletXpress accounts are subject to a possible waiting period to ensure the deposit fully clears. Further, we reserve the right to delay the execution of any request by any other method until such time all outstanding deposit transactions have been cleared by our processor."

At Box24 Casino we pride ourselves on fast withdrawals and I am sure there are many members that will agree.

Best Regards,

I am a little confused here. If a person uses eWalletXpress or Quicktender, for instance, the money your receive are directly from the account. Like, I for instance put funds into my account with QT using a debit or credit card, which is instant funds, so the funds I pay to a casino are instant (no check, etc)., so then why would there be any type of delay? Just curious...maybe you can explain. Thanks!:D

Bob: i spoke to you lastnight didn't i?
Me: hang on a sec - I'll check
Me: yes
Me: Ugh, it's 7 days now
Me: I didn't claim a bonus, not that I can
Me: So I don't get the holdup
Bob: i did pass this on for you this morning before i left, and i received a note back saying they are trying to deal with this asap as there is a back log
Bob: you was on my list of emails to be sent out
Me: I see

Your explanation causes even more confusion. I would rather believe it was merely 'a slip thru the cracks'. That said, my withdrawals at Box24 have always been paid promptly.

Quicktender withdrawals are instant, however we have the term in place for ewalletxpress withdrawals as the deposits are subject to a settlement period.

Well since it was not my first withdrawal and you weren't backlogged, I don't understand why it took 8 days to pay me. Am I missing something?

So I can't see why we failed to pay your withdrawal in good time, can you please PM me your username. We had a failed batch file recently via ewalletxpres and hadn't realised so this could be the problem, however I am concerned with the support representatives response and would like to resolve this issue so it does not happen.

So, you don't bother checking that these batched payments work, you wait until players start complaining, and then they get BS reasons from support which are basically of the type "please give us more time". Well, if you don't notice the batch failure, no amount of patience on the part of the player will help, it needs someone YOUR end to go & check, and then correct the problem.
Had you been monitoring the completion of the process, you would have caught the failure the next day, and it is likely players would not have noticed the problem, since it would have caused a delay of one day.

Your CS seems to have guessed the reason, but given that you are Rival, the reason they came out with was the WORST POSSIBLE one any Rival casino can give out given the current farce involving "white label" Rival casinos. On reading this, my first thoughts were that the collapse of Rival had spread beyond the white labels, and was starting to pull down the independents.

There are players who have received the "backlog" excuse, but who are not members here, and do NOT yet know this was a CS mistake, and that the real problem was a failed batch that was not noticed until this problem was investigated.

Even YOU didn't know about this batch failure in your first post, and simply guessed this was a first withdrawal, subject to the usual 8 day wait.
