Hi all,
I am getting a little concerned, as I recommended a casino because I say that it was accredited, my bad, I did not read comments until now!
There is a withdrawal made, I am hoping they take care of this obligation. I went to the accredited casinos and see it is a cash out time 48 hours.
I passed this information along to the new player. Todays date, 10/07/15. Let's hope for a speedy and positive outcome. :) I will update on the process
of this withdrawal.

careful

Although I am trying to work with rep. I have been told the payout time on recent withdrawal will be 30 days!!!! $2450 back to my card and after a week ( their site says 4-7 days) I started calling and getting typical be patient crap. finally contacted rep here and he said someone would get back to me. got email early this am saying since my withdrawal was approved on Oct 26 I can expect funds to be on my card by Nov 25!!!!!

Follow up on withdrawal

I am sorry for not updating before now, the player was paid! I do not feel in a timely manner but, they did get their money.
I guess I am just used to dealing with Club World and have my withdrawal in max 4 days and I am in the US.
I do not feel this casino is showing good customer service by making players wait longer than 7 business days.
They have a really great casino and fun slots that are pretty active! I only hope that they can rectify their pay out time
this would make this a great casino.

Hi I play at Slotslv which is sister to Bovada. The wait time for withdraw 72 hours but always happens. As long as you are good at not playing beyond withdrawal amount after you request it. The funds stay in your balance. Once processed the payout is quick for US I think. I had a payout processed early Monday morning and fedex pulled up today with check. You may want to try them. I also love their slots.

Bovada card payouts are still dragging badly for me. Still advertising 5-10 business day payouts to card, 21 business days now on mine, after 7 boilerplate emails to 'keep checking my account' they finally confirmed that the delay was on their end for my specific payout and that they are experiencing a 'moderate' backlog for 'some' credit card withdrawals at this time.

One week later, 2 more email exchanges, no real explanation, no payout, no ETA. I suggest avoiding CC payout from Bovada at this time. Maybe the check by courier route would have got here faster, but I have no crystal ball. CC refund is coming through on other sites to US accounts, so this seemed the way to go at the time.

Specific times of year for bovada/slots.lv experience delays in payouts. I suspect things will get back to normal soon. Generally after big betting events payouts take a while, i.e. super bowl..march madness etc. I wouldn't fear bovada is generally known for fast payouts with a few delays during the year. Its been going on like this for years.

I would fear.. I have been waiting over a month for a slots.lv withdrawal...

The casinos made a killing on March madness with all the upsets. I think something else is going on. I have spoke to support, and the rep numerous times and no answers as to why the delay. Furthermore, there are posts all over the internet concerning this. Not just on the forums here. Fingers crossed for everyone!

I took a look at the internet posts. I PM'ed with the rep. At the moment I'm reluctantly concluding that the vague answers about payment processing delays are in the neighborhood of truth.

yeah I am sure they are not hiding the fact they will someday send payment. However, they are not disclosing the reasons for the delays. If it was something simple like March Madness they would tell everyone. They will not even provide an estimate as to how long the situation will last. I am going to go ahead and do a PAB. Therefore, I will not be able to talk about my situation anymore once that is done. Please keep in mind Bovada actually personally lied to me on the telephone about something which really upsets me. I will disclosing it all to Bryan. Good luck on your end.

Good decision Dan, at least you will receive some clarification on your case.

Keeping my fingers crossed

As an update to this thread, the Bovada rep here had Bovada Player Advocacy get in touch with me and they got my payout returned from their processor to my account, where I initiated a new payout request by check a few days ago. My understanding from browsing some of the poker forums is that there was a time period in March where a great many payouts did fail in the processing system, though no one knows the real reason. The consensus was that Bovada is slowly making this right, though I do not know if they have\are able to identify the problem transactions without player contact. If anyone else has been experiencing this problem with Bovada payout I would call or email their Player Advocacy group. They were extremely professional, and though I have not yet received my check, I think that they are getting their problem worked out.

Their major payment processor started delaying then disappeared overnight a while ago. They have a massive backlog as their alternative processors cannot handle the volume. If you are comfortable using Bitcoin you might find that you are paid quicker by using that instead of credit cards or the banking system.
