    Hi all,

I have been a VIP player at Ladbrokes for well over 6years, and its starting to bore me now, I need a change anyone recommened anywhere else.

I think I have been on a continous losing streak for 18 months, The fact is I deposited hundreds and hundreds a week and my winnings never appear to get over 400 quid. I am happy with the bonuses and I also won an ipad this week in the secret santa but they dont think it will reach me before xmas. :what:, anyway I think I need a change but I am very wary of what casinos I join

Well...what about 32Red? They certainly are the best Microgaming alternative out there. And they do treat loyal players very good from what I see on this forum.

    Congratulations on the iPad :D

I think if you are bored with Ladbrooks, you are probably bored with MG.

Assuming you are a slot player, maybe try a new software? I enjoy both NetEnt and Playtech, and there are some CM accredited choices there.

Slotocash offers an accredited Rival casino. They have some fun games too, although Canadians are not welcome and I no longer can play that platform.

With the recent notable exception of a Jackpot, I've not had as much luck at RTG over the years, I think partly because all the slots have jackpots, so unless and until you win one, you are making contributions to a pie you don't get a slice of. But see 5K rolling up on your screen, it's pretty awesome on a $1 bet.

I've had no experience with Virgin, but they offer a lot of slot games I know from B&Ms.

If you want to continue with MG then I think most people here would probably suggest 32red as your first stop - plus they have a good VIP program.

But if you're bored of the games then I say try a NetEnt powered casino - the games are pretty unique and could be a nice change from MG. Try playing the classic gonzos quest or one of my favourites - Jack Hammer.

Nordic Bet is one of the best NetEnts out there, but they don't offer play in GBP (assuming you're in the UK because of your 'location'). So... Betsafe and Mr Green are both good casinos that are accredited here on CM and offer NetEnt games in GBP.

Alternatively BetVictor (f. Victor Chandler) is another good NetEnt that's run by a UK high street bookie similar to ladbrokes - plus they have a £10 ndb for UK players at the moment (they're not currently accred here on CM though).

I would recommend Grosvenor. They don't get metioned much on this forum but i am a vip member and their customer service is outstanding. They even sent me a Harrods Xmas hamper a few days ago which i thought was pretty impressive. The only downside that some people might think is that they only have an instant play, rather than a download version.

Dedicated VIP team, they reply to emails usually within minutes, amazingly nice folk too.

Deposit bonuses, occasional cash-drops, fast withdrawals, % cashback on losses..... not the MOST generous I have encountered but all in all I enjoy VIPing there.

Hi guys I have opened a few other casino accounts now and am currently enjoying playing new games, dont know why I never done this earlier, I know it will probably take a while to get the VIP benefits at the new casinos but I am enjoying the experience :D.

I know I have moaned about Ladbrokes but dont let this put anyone of joining because they are a good casino and the staff are excellent, I just have a few uneasy feelings about them at the moment, I have emailed rep but still waiting for reply, I dont think he/she logs on a lot, There is also rumours on internet about them making mass redundancies :(

Anyway thanks for advive and I will let you all know of any decent wins :D

    Hi Mimi,
I see that you are from UK, what about PaddyPower? The main casino is Playtech, dowload Playtech, but I only play their Games tab, 205 slots as of today, IGT, Cryptologic and more. They are slowly adding NetEnt slots, but the look of the game window is a little different, adjusted to their look. And of course, get a cashcard and make your deposits and withdrawals in the shop.W/D are capped at 500 euro/pounds per day. And btw they dont really do bonuses, at least nothing worth mentioning.
Another great option for NetEnt and MG casino is Boylecasino.com. They have shops everywhere as far as I know, not sure about the inshop withdrawals. But better bonuses.
    Hope this helps. gl

Thats what I like about Ladbrokes, the fact that you can go in the shop and withdraw or deposit, I think I will give them a look. Thanks

used to be VIP on Ladbrokes too

Used to be a vip on Ladbrokes too but when I got 70K usd and tried to cashout they told me that only 4k a day is the limit so I did actually manage to withdraw 8K before it was all gone, I think that made me look for another alternatives to have a good time and lose some serious cash. I start "investigate" every place there is, had nothing to do anyway, use to own my own casino here in Sweden, real thing with tables and staff on restaurants, but that´s history now.

The first 4k came after 3 days and the second 4k was in my account after 10 days?? Even the mighty Ladbrokes did this up2nogood move, that was the main reason to quit playin there on a daily basis,, and then I discovered Netent, so more superiour, more fun for da bucks than MG and the cashouts are the same day, Mr Green payed me within 4 hours but it was peanuts compare to 70k, so read about what they say and feel for it, always make a checkup on Google or here

    Hmmm.. a fishy story

OK, to withdraw your funds from Laddies is instant (although the funds are not processed until about 6 hours. The amount is set at around £2k GBP for customer withdrawals and the full amount if you ask CS to withdraw it for you. Also, if you request they will remove the funds pending the withdrawal so you cannot go back and spend the winnings, In fact they are very strict on this having been burnt in the past. The reason IF your funds were witheld would be to verify a winning payout but this is not in your case as you claim to be still able to access your winnings which would not be the case. Your bank will receive the withdrawal the same day but infortunately will take between 3 to 5 working days to place the funds in your actual account. Any faster and its hats off to your bank for pulling their finger out. There are many cowboy casino websites that withold funds for the very point of hoping you will reinvest the winning funds but the bigger operators don't need to. Its not good business sense.

Just to clarify a point, the restaurant casinos in Sweden are not real casinos. This is why they are permitted to operate and are not subject to strict gaming regulations as a real casino ;)

OK, one point you have also misunderstood is that you feel changing to an operator that has a different game platform will enhance the speed of your withdrawal. What does MG or NetEnt have to do with payments? If you need further explanation please ask but the casino CS are paid to do this and have freephone numbers.

You sure you not just looking to promote an on-line casino here?

I withdrew 10k from laddies last year, on the banking page I was allowed to withdrw 5k per day, unless as you say you speak to CS. Never have I had a problem with them, if you lose 70k well thats your own fault
